Good morning ladies....well looks like I have hit the lovely "prodromal labor" stage. I never had it with my DD but I did a few days before my son was born. I had pretty intense contractions last night that started out of nowhere! They lasted about 45 sec to a minute and were about every 5-10 minutes apart for over 6 HOURS! They didn't get any more intense or closer together so I knew it wasn't the "real thing" so I took a tylenol PM and fell asleep. I am still crampy this morning but feelin pretty good.....SORE but good! LOL! :) Anyways, maybe baby Charlie is about ready to come out and play! maybe another week or 2? WE SHALL SEE! HAHAHA! Well I am off to see my new niece for the first time! I AM SOOOOO EXCITED! Lil miss Eden Lily Maxwell.....I CAN'T WAIT TO KISS HER CHEEKS! I hope you all have a FANTASTIC DAY!!!!!

Thanks for the comments on my latest blog ladies! I think I was just bummed that he would change my date SO close to D day. But I am okay with it now....it just means extra time I get to spend with my little one all to myself! LOL! :)

Hey ladies!! Hope everyone is doing well!! Just wanted to let you all know that I am no longer pregnant....I sadly miscarried early Sunday morning. My doctor is not 100% sure what happened but hopefully I will find out! He thinks that my body just didn't recover completely from my last pregnancy which was just last December so who knows. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress as well....I found out that my husband has been cheating on me.....he had a hicky on his neck.....how cheap and nasty.....and actually told me that he put some Nair for Men on trying to get his face & neck smooth and that he broke out in a rash.......ummmmm yeah right....does he honestly think I was born yesterday......and funny that there were two on his neck on both sides..........so gross. So being under all this stress might have caused the miscarriage.. I am deeply sad..this is now my second miscarriage. I know that everything happens for a reason but I was really beginning to get excited about giving my son a brother or sister that he could be close to...maybe in the future. Only God knows why for sure. I just know that I can't question God and know that oneday I will meet my two angel babies!! Well, I hope you all have a wonderful night!

oh ok i see what you are saying.. i did not think about that... as for the wipes no problem... i had all this fabric and figured i would make wipes so i started searchin for some and thats what i found... and from what i have seen its all in preference to what size you want your wipes...

I forgot another thing i just seen for making the homemade diapers was to take a regular diaper, like a huggies or pampers and cutting the elastic on the leg so that it lays flat they you can use that as a pattern to make your own cloth diapers... i did mine from pure scratch, but it would have made it so much easier to have had a pattern for them... also have you thought about using velcro for your diapers? It would also be easy to sew on and would allow you to make the diapers adjustable... thats what i used... im afraid my snaps will be totally off, lol... i might try a few with the snaps though and see how they come out..

I was doing some searches on making wipes, and a lot of what i found was flannel. Like if you get a TON of receiving blankets at your shower, a lot of people just cut those into either 8x8 or 6x6 sqaures and sew two together... i was able to buy some cheap fabric from walmart for a buck a yard its really soft so im just going to use that for the wipes... And with the diapers i made, i used the packs of washcloths from walmart where you get like 15 i think for really cheap... and it seemed to work fine... http://planetgreen.discovery.com/home-garden/homemade-cloth-baby-wipes.html That tells you the simple directions for the homemade baby wipes and also gives you a homemade solution for them...

YAY someone else who makes there own cloth diapers... I made three for my 2 year old when he was younger, but he potty trained right after so i did not get to use them much. For this baby i am going to make them also, just get confused with all the different sites out there and the different kinds... What kinds of fabric do you use? Do you also make your own wipes?

I am sitting at my husbands show......he is almost done with his 45 set and I have had 5 contractions.........I think its the vibration!!! Lol! Maybe I should sit in on some of his practices!!

Hey ladies....so I weigh myself everyday just to keep track.. ( a little obsessively maybe) but at 34 weeks I hit 158..(yucky...35lbs weight gain) and have stayed the same since. Not losing or gaining anything. Which I guess is normal. Well today I noticed a drop...I have lost 2.5 lbs. WEIRD! My weight DOES not fluctuate up and down during pregnancy..it just goes up. I remember dropping weight around the time I had TIernan so I wonder if I am getting close?! :) I guess we will see! :)
