i finally had my son i went in thursday for u/s and fluid was low so they induce, will put up birth story as soon as i get a chance, so have you had your baby yet?

awwwwww, omg that must have been so scary, i am soooo glad that you are ok, your baby and family needs you. I was induced last pregancy and everything went pretty smooth, so i am hoping this time i will go on my own, i am now 4 days overdue and so far nothing, except for back pain and having the runs past few days, lol, i will keep you posted, thanks for the email...gl with the baby..-

awwwww congrats, no baby for me yet..i am kinda depressed. Went to doctor today and i am only a fingertip dilated. I am now one day over due and he wont even talk about induction until next visit which isn't until next thursday, i will be 10 days overdue then. So it really sucks cause 10 days from now is when he will put my name of the list if i didnt have the baby and then i still got to wait for them to call with a date, i am so frustrated...

awww hopefully it will be real soon, when i lost my mucous plug last pregnancy my water broke about an hour later and i had him the next day....nothing going on here, a few minor contractions today but thats it, oh my i really want to have him now, i can't wait to hold him and kiss him and just cuddle up with him.....not to mention i want to get back to my old self again.....i bet it wont be long for you now, how many days are you overdue now?

my first one was 10 days late, my last two was on time, i went in labour on my due dates and had them both the next day so hopefully this one will be on time...

hi glad things are looking good for you. As for me doctor didnt bother to check my cervix today, but he said if the baby was born now he be ok since he is a good size, whatever that meant.. I gained 2 pounds this week, i find that i am getting my appetite back now, lol...got another appointment on tuesday and he will check my cervix then, hopefully i will be gone in by then but i doubt it, i aint having much discharge at all i wish i would cause they say if you are having alot of discharge it could mean you are thinning out and dilating... i be you will have your baby soon gl hon..

hey anymore contractions? Well i had the diarrhea this morning, then i just woke up from a nap and i had it again so hopefully labour is soon. I dont feel sick or anything so i dont think its a bug... we'll see what happens...

awwwww im jealous..i didn't lose my mucous plug yet but you are 5 days overdue so maybe this is the real thing. As for me nothing happened, not even one contraction. Although today i woke up with a real crampy belly and had to run to the toilet, i have diarrhea, i dont know if this means anything...we'll see, keeep me posted as i do the same...gl...

i tried the castol oil earlier so far nothing is going on, tried sex too and going to try nipple stimulation soon... let you know if anything happens...how far along are you now, i am 39 weeks today...i wish he would come already, i am so irritated....

i tried the castor oil all last week, i tried it one night, nothing, two nights later i tried it again alone with nipple stimulation and later that night i had contractions that lasted 4 hours but stopped, i tried castor oil again two nights later, and nothing and then tried it again the next night with nipple stimulation and had contractions that lasted 3 hours then stoppped, so the castor oil didnt do anything for me, anyhow let me know how it goes for you.. gl

Thats what i thought too but i wasent sure, I need her head to engage by wed or i might have to have a c section, really sucks!! Hope your doing okay being overdue sucks!! Hope something happens for you soon!

i am in newfoundland, st.john's, and yes apparently your water can break even though you aint dilated...Here they won't consider induction until you are a week late and only then will they put your name on the induction list, but then you have to wait, which really sucks...

You are definitely not alone. I'm coming up on 41 weeks in 2 days and I'm not dilated or effaced. I get an induction on the 9th, but from what I hear if my body hasn't had any progress it's likely I'll end up with a c-section, which is the one thing that I've said I don't want from the beginning. To top it off, it's as gray as can be here with lots of rain. Very depressing:(

hey, i have pretty much the same thing. i am only 50% effaced and not even 1cm dialated for the last week. i am due tomorrow as well. going on the 11th for a nst and an ultrasound to check fluid levels. they will induce me sometime between the 11th and the 17th. it is so discouraging, but nice to know that you arent alone

Hi Ashes - you are not alone. I am in the same boat. No signs of ANY progression and I'm feeling very down in the dumps. I am supposed to be induced on Friday, but if my cervix isn't ready at all I don't think I am comfortable going through with it. I just do not want to end up with a c-section as this is my 4th and I've had all of them naturally. Anyway, you are definitely NOT alone. Hang in there!
