For breakfast (somewhere bw 7:30-8am): Always a sippy cup of milk that holds 9oz and usually by 11am it's empty and ready for a refill. He eats a few bites of scrambled eggs (I mix cheese and turkey meat in with it), a slice of toast (he'll eat either half a slice or whole.. depending on his mood) and some type of fruit (usually strawberries or cantelope). Sometimes he'll eat of a bowl of cereal for breakfast (like cheerios mixed with wheat chex and in yogurt instead of milk) For Lunch(11:30-12): Another sippy cup of milk (probably drinks half a sippy for lunch 4-5oz) and I make some type of sandwich... grilled cheese, PB&J, Turkey and cheese w/ mayo, chicken salad sandwich and just cut it up for him in bite sizes.. I sometimes will make a fruit smoothie to go with it or slice up an avacado for the side (smoothie usually contains: vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, banana, ice, and peanut butter and he goes crazy for a smoothie).. When he wake up from his nap (3pm) I give him a snack.. usually a banana and veggie juice (6oz).. pure carrott juice mixed with apple juice or Green Machine made my Naked that I buy in the organic section at the grocery store. He loves it. Dinner (6pm) Another sippy cup of milk and He eats whatever I make.. some of his favorites are Chicken spaghetti with peas and mixed veggies thrown in, Regular spaghetti with zucchini and green pepper and meat sauce, Meat loaf with mashed potatoes, cheesy broccoli, Chicken breast stuffed with a spinach and cheese sauce I make.. he LOVES spinach. He's a pretty good eater but like your LO he's very active and can't stand to sit in a highchair for long to eat a full meal.. sometimes we start out in the high chair but end up letting him walk around the house and play while I sneak in bites. He probably drink about 16oz of whole milk throughout the day (about 2 sippy cup fulls) and 1 sippy cut of fruit/veggie juice (6oz) and a little water here and there.. Good luck.

every kid is different with food. Liv NEVER ate baby food. So on a good day she will eat 2 scrambled eggs, a string cheese, some corn or carrots or peas...and she loves mac and cheese and chicken nuggets.. I am not that big of an advocate of food groups for little ones...they eat when and what they want. I even let her have cookies and candy. I do...it is fine. But to each there own :)

A Feeding Program i never heard of that i need to ask her Ped , well with her she will not eat babyfood anymore when she does she gags so i stop feeding that to her I waas giving her Enfamil, but switch over to the whole milk she has no problems drinking that. Now when she see me eating something she would come over and eat with me sometimes others times she acts like she's hungry at all< I told her ped h said not to worried about it that she would have stages when she 's not hungry at 12 months she's in the 90% of weight she is 22lbs... I just don't want to starve the baby:

Hello, so i had my nuchal scan yesterday (will post some pics shortly) and everything is great bubs was so cute waving all the way through i have a 1:2370 chance of dows so thats also good and yay they had a look at the gender now she says not to holder to it but we have a little boy but if bubs turns out to be a little girl we dont mind just happy and healthy !!!! Hope you're well!!!!

Hay all sorry it has been so long and I promise to reply to all my messages. I'm really quite ill at the moment, got a bad chest infection and my glands are really swollen, anyhow enough about me. Poppy had an amazing Birthday and was just too darn adorable. I posted 1 pic but will upload more when I can. Also I had my dating scan today woohoo baby bounced about it was so amazing I have added little bunny boos 1st pic as my profile I am 11 weeks 3 days and am booked in for my cerclauge on the 23rd so please keep everything crossed I have my nuchal scan next Tuesday as well.
