Wednesday, 26 Mar Good luck at your appointment. I have one today as well. I am on Spring Break all week (not like I am going anywhere) so I was hoping Andrew would be considerate and come this week! ha ha. Guess he is stubborn like his daddy. I haven't had Braxton Hicks contractions either. He has been moving and squirming. maybe he is confused. I want him now now now! But, I don't know what to expect so I am not in any hurry I guess. Hope you have a great day. maybe we will still share the same due date since they are both being stubborn. :) flavourishous -
Wednesday, 26 Mar Thanks for the support for those of us who need c-sections...this is my 3rd baby and I didn't have to have them with my other 2, but now I need one cause this little guy decided he wanted to be breech :). By choice I'd never chose a section over vaginal delivery, however it's what's best for the baby in my circumstance and in Canada they no longer practice the delivering of breech babies unless they have absolutely no other choice. jenn1022 -
Tuesday, 25 Mar I am doing good, thank you for asking :) How about you? marina -
Tuesday, 25 Mar Doing fine...day by day, you know? Haven't had time to start studying! :( momagain -
Tuesday, 25 Mar WE must be pregnatn with the same child. I don't get the kicking, but I can feel him stretch and from time to time his foot will still get stuck under one of my ribs. I feel hiccups really low, and in my butt which makes me think he is facing my rear, which is how they should be. lisaj1001 -
Tuesday, 25 Mar I don't have any movement or kicks in my ribs either. Andrew does the same thing as your baby. He likes the right side and is mostly pushing over there. My belly looks so lopsided most of the time. I don't think it means your baby isn't the right way. I had an u/s done and mine is head down. He just prefers that side. Hope that makes you feel better. Trust me, from what I heard about babies kicking the ribs, we are lucky to be not experiencing it. Good luck! Teresa -
Tuesday, 25 Mar I'm feeling the same kind of movements as you...on the sides of my stomach, and I do get a swift punch to the groin area that shoots me a pain. I don't feel any kicks in the ribs....and my daughter is already in position. I'm sure everyone is different but I'd say what you're feeling is normal. ladobruk -
Monday, 24 Mar I don't see a belly pic...did you take it off? angelamouzakitis -
Monday, 24 Mar You figured it out! that is some belly man...but in a way I'm jealous. If you are swelling, it means you will have a lot of water to gt rid of. I have no swelling...so Ihave put on 25 pounds of hardcore fat...the baby should weight about 22 right? angelamouzakitis -
Monday, 24 Mar I'll email you. angelamouzakitis -
Monday, 24 Mar Thanks so much...you are like a pro at this. I'm feeling a little better. I've put a box on the table and propped the laptop on it so that I can work on it...I was worried about the swelling, but I don't have any yet. How are you doing? Are you swelling up at all? How is the room going. you can always email me at my regular email. Thanks for the advice. (As I sit her her little butt is wedging up and her feet are going nuts on my ribs since I had the nerve to eat some blueberries)... angelamouzakitis -
Sunday, 23 Mar I've gained about 25, but I'm barely five-three, so i'm feeling it, and today, i'm a wreck...can't sit...right now, i'm on my side with the laptop balancing on my hip, trying to do some work, but not very successful as I can't access notes and papers... angelamouzakitis -
Saturday, 22 Mar Thanks...I feel okay, actually I feel huge, but then some people were giving me messages like 'get a growth' scan...i feel exhausted and can't breathe, so I think she is just staying really close...what is your belly looking like these days? missjess -
Saturday, 22 Mar the doc said im 1/2 a centimeter dilated, 50% effaced, and the babys head is really low, does that mean ive 'dropped' or not necessarily? angelamouzakitis -
Friday, 21 Mar I know what you mean with the subway. I'm still swinging it now, but last week, I went to was headed in to the upper east side...taking the N and switched for the six at Lex...the escalator at Lex was broken. If you remember that switch, it is about three stories..when I saw what I had to climb I almost crapped my pants. Took me about ten minutes to catch my breath. Good for you taking time. I'll see how next week goes. Doc is convinced i'm going late so i'll show far this goes...enjoy your time these next few weeks...I love the kids shos on smith street. angelamouzakitis -
Friday, 21 Mar So I responded to marian, and your email came back as on maternity leave...are you officially done???? so jealous..I thought I could tough it out, but I'm wishing I hadn't committed. angelamouzakitis -
