Gunner Gibbs is finally here... I went in on Friday the 1st to be induced. We arrived at the hospital at 5:30am. They started my IV at around 7, but waited to get the call from my doc to start pitocin. She came in at 9:45am, broke my water and turned on the pitocin. The nurse checked me at about 10:10am and told me that I was at a 10!! I pushed about 6 times and out he came at 10:20am! He was beautiful! He weighed 9lbs. 5oz. 20 1/2in. Thank god he was 2 weeks early, I can't imagine how big he would have been at 40 weeks! We are now at home and doing well. He sleeps most of the night, and is breastfeeding great!
