I am 26 years old and my husband and I are expecting our first baby July 23, 2008. We could not be more excited. We had a miscarriage in August of last year, and we feel like this baby is our little miracle! We are having a little boy and we have decided to name him Liam Riley. I love being pregnant more than anything, but I can not wait hold my little boy!

Wednesday, 16 July Just wanted to let you know that I told my doctor about the decrease in movement, everything was fine he said it's just because there isn't any room left in there for him to move so actively anymore. As long as baby's heartbeat is good and your blood pressure is good, baby should be just fine so I wouldn't worry.

Tuesday, 15 July Jayden was breech until last week. I layed with my shoulders on the bed and my ass in the air.I advise you not to do this when there are people around for it is hghly a scene, but my doc told me to do it for 30 mis each day and he is now head down and had dropped. Good luck! almostthere -
Monday, 14 July Hello,
Just wanted to let you know that I have a bunch of rib pain, but my little man has been head down since 34 weeks (I just had his position confirmed again today). I also have tons of pressure down below when I walk for any period of time. I think the other ladies are correct in thinking that if you have no pressure down below that he may still be breech, but I don't think that the presence of rib pain is a very good indicator. Hope this helps...

Monday, 14 July My little girl has been breech from week 26!!!! You will know if your little guy is head up as you will have no pressure down below, but you will under your ribs and breast bone especially when you are sitting down!!!!!! I also have killer heart burn most of the day and night, and i can feel a heard lump just above my belly button where her head is!!!! Hope this helps

Monday, 14 July My guy is still breech/transverse, depending on the day. I usually feel his head under my right side. I have had very little pressure 'down below'...that is more of a giveaway as to if they are head down. dawniek -
Sunday, 13 July Hi there! Good news about the progress you have made. I ant got a clue if i'm dilated or not. They don't check for any of that in england. Think they wait till your over due and then check you. It sucks! Wow you have lost your plug. Wish i had. Have you been doing anything to bring on labour? I've been walking so much but still nothing, boo, hoo! Think i'm defo gona go right to my due date.
Hope your baby ant turned head up. I will keep my fingers crossed. You might not make it to friday.
Let me know how you get on hun. xxxxx dawniek -
Monday, 7 July Gosh 90 degrees! Don't think i could walk in that heat. Its not that hot in england at the mo. Only about 60 degrees on a good day. Why don't you go swimming instead. Its much better for you and baby. She get things moving better. I'm gona start swimming this week. Goodluck! xxx CLOVESCBABY -

Monday, 7 July Hi there hun!
Well i've had a bit of progress today. I've been to my midwife appointment and to my suprise i'm 3-5 engaged. Can't belive it. Se said he might stay like that now till i go into labour. I think its all the walking i've done over the weekend thats done it. I defo recomend it.
My midwife says it don't mean you are gona be late if your not engaged now. She said some women dont engaged till the labour.
I'm feeling really tierd today. Hope you are feeling well. Keep me informed if anything happens. xxxxx margo -
Monday, 7 July I don't have as much movement either. I read somewhere that they get too big to move around as much, but I am not sure where I read it or if it is true. I figured that any movement the baby makes would make me jump or hurt b/c she is so big now, but it doesn't. My doctor said to eat something sweet or drink juice or a soda and wait an hour. If within that hour you feel 6 movements, then the baby is fine. I just ate a bite size snickers and am waiting to see what happens. MommyWonder -
Friday, 4 July I hope we're getting close because this uncomfortable sleep thing is killing me. I'd rather be getting up to change and feed my son! dawniek -

Thursday, 3 July I'm due the 27th and just notice a couple really small stretch marks on my right hip. Don't feel bad, I started crying too. Thought I'd make it all the way without em. My hubby kinda just laughed at me then gave me a hug. They're supposed to be less noticeable after you loose the baby weight. Let's hope so. jobird -
Thursday, 3 July Consider yourself lucky if you are just getting a few small stretch marks now!! The lower part of my belly is covered in them!!! At about 6 months, I noticed a few on the sides and thought "oh cool, this isn't so bad" but as my baby grew and grew, they just multiplied overnight it seemed!! I still slather lotion on them with the hopes that when I give birth it will somehow help. MommyWonder -
Thursday, 3 July My period-like cramps were coming at night last week and this week it's whenever. I'm getting them off and on all day long. knockduppp -

Tuesday, 1 July okay.. you first need to make sure that you go to a LICENSED CHILDCARE. dont go to a church daycare, cause they make up there own rules.. they only have to make sure that they are following sanitation procedures and that's it. 2- find out the ratio.. you dont want your baby to be left with a teacher that has to care for 10 other babies.. cause yours won't get properlly cared for. 3- what are the sanitation procedures. they should have to wipe down items daily. if they say once a week, thta's a no no! 4- do you hold the babies when given there bottles. 5- once they are old enough, how often to the babies get tummy time. most teachers tend to leave babies in the swings and saucers.. the swings will make there heads go flat. 6- are children of different ages being placed in the nursery. you dont want a two year old in with your baby, cuase they could harm it. ive seen lots of places do this, and i've seen a newborn get bit by a two year old. 7- how are the babies placed when they sleep. 9- will i get a daily report on my babies' day?
