I am going to head over to talkingbabies.com too, just seems like before I had nothing but time to kill, now I am struggling just to find time to jump online =0) I am loving my little one so much and he is so amazing, although I NEED sleep! He for some reason sleeps good during the day but at night doesnt, hopefully that will change with time. I can not complain though he does not cry unless he wants to eat...hooray!! My little girl cried ALL the time, for no reason at all. So how are you doing and your little one? Is he a good baby? Are you getting any sleep? How is hubby taking the transition?

Glad to keep in touch, this is a nice site...plan on staying on here and hopefully talk with more woman when I get preggo again...lol!! Just not to soon. ;)

Hey Beth!! Congrats on your little man! Sounds like you had a scary situation but thankfully he is better and at home with you now!

I had my little man on Wednesday, he weighed 5lbs 13oz. very tiny! I cant believe how wonderful it all went I had hard labor for only about 1 hour 15 minutes..one and a half push and he was out! He was 19 inches long. I am so tired now though...I am not getting much sleep and I cant take naps during the day because my other little girl keeps me busy~

Well I have to go feed my little miracle~ Glad to hear you are doing good and that he is doing better~ take care and please keep in touch...this has been an amazing experience and getting to talk with people like you made it even better! Have a wonderful night, I will chit chat once I get things under control and have a little break =0)

I've also been up since 4am and have been having contractions. I don't want to wake anyone up and I hope this isn't false labor...I too would like to go back to bed or know for sure that I will meet my little baby boy today! Good Luck to you!!

I dont think you have anything to worry about. They are just taking precautions. I know its easier said than done, because I still look at my belly and pray he will be a healthy baby, I just dont feel like I did with my other two, definitely not as big. Each time is different though and the doctor stressed that to me. =0) Maybe we wont go earlier at all because our babies need the time to grow..who knows.

yeah I am sure that has something to do with it, How much did you weigh when you were born and your hubby? I was 6 even so I would say its just normal...although I do know he has grown a little because he is now kicking or kneeing were my gullbladder used to be and boy oh boy does that hurt! were your sisters babies full term?

Hey Beth, I wanted to comment on the baby measuring small, I too have been worried because every time I go into my doc I have been measuring small, last appt. I was 37 weeks and measuring 34 weeks, it made me very nervous...but he assured me that the baby would be fine, just means I am going to have a small baby, his words 'you arent going to be having a 8-9 pounder' My last baby was 6'9 so I would say he will be around that. I have always felt that my tummy was small, and every one has been saying for months that I dont look that pregnant. I know its hard but try not to worry, it will only cause more problems for you and the baby =0) Take care and relax...I think its completely normal, they just probably want to check your fluid level and since this is your first and they have nothing to compare to.

Hello, mt stomach is measuring small also. I had an ultrasound and baby is actually ahead a week in size. The doctor said that my stomach could be measuring small because the baby has dropped and/or because I am tall. Just thought I would share.

Wow, thats really good that you are already starting to dialate and have already started to thin!! (and this is your first, wow) Good for you, it wont be long now. I bet you are so excited. I know you dont want to use any meds, but are you using anything...hypno, water? I really want the meds with this one, because I have done it both ways...and I sure do prefer the easier way =0) I just had my shower last Saturday, it went great. Hope yours goes great on Sunday..do you have a registry, because I didnt and I got all clothes =0) which I already have a ton of.

I like the names too, but for some reason we are having a hard time saying...'OK that is definitely it' LOL, we think it is easier to name girls than boys. the ladie at my church who is due one week before me is naming her little man Max =0) Are you feeling pretty good? Have you gotten the room ready yet?

Well this has happened to me once before..I woke up and found a little bit of liquid on my leg. Surely it's not my water though..wouldn't i go into labor if it was? I just don't know what else it could be. It was just a tiny drop almost near my ankle.

oh my, that's a day of highs and lows. I truly hope your dog is okay!! and congrats on the work shower - so fabulous! some of my coworkers also went in on a big gc and I was really touched. it's wonderful when the people around you are supportive!
