congrats on the baby n wedding--what fun--soo much to plan, i loved planning mine. u could register for wedding n baby items lol...but about the dress, u could find one that doessnt fit u perfectly n have it tailored to size. it will be a lil tricky since they need time and ur body is changing, but a good tailor will know how n what to add where, plus u wont be that big at 6 months ;) its the 8th n 9th that r making me wanna jump lol. take care

I got my wedding dress at David's Bridal. I thought about eBay, but really wanted to try things on. I usually wear around a size 20 but found that I fit perfectly into their size 18. I loved my dress. I don't know what your price range it, but they've got stuff all over the place. I ended up paying a total of about $300 for my dress and petticoat etc... (you can see a picture of it... sort of... on my VIP page) :)

Lane Bryant has a plus size Maternity section online but as far as a cheap plus size wedding dress try Fashion Bug online. They have really cute dresses. If I where you I would just look around for now and not buy and wait until the last month. Congradulations and good luck.

Betsy, you gorgeous thing! Congrats on your pregnancy AND your upcoming wedding! That is amazing! Talk about 2 birds, one stone eh. Wonderful news!

I feel your plight re Plus size wedding dresses… and I found this great site… please do check it out, and they seem pretty affordable, too! They've got some really amazingly beautiful designs. I guess something to do, would be to buy a dress a little closer to the time, and see what size you are then… if you’ve gone up at all… you can always have it tailored to deal with the belly :)

try igigi.com....dresses are a lil pricey but plus size. I remember seeing a wedding dress on there...nothing fancy. Hope this helps! Congrats on your lil one!

Hi, first of all Congratulations! I recently married, and I was 32 weeks!! I got my dress from a maternity store - but I live in Australia so the site prob won't be of much help.. I wore an ivory satin dress that everyone said looked lovely.. I suggest searching on the internet (that's what I did) for a maternity wear store that does evening dresses - as u can usually find ivory or white dresses in this section.. good luck : )
