Just set up my website and I am so excited. I am pregnant with my first child and so far everything has gone pretty well. Morning sickness wasn't too bad. Though I started bleeding at 7 weeks and that freaked me out. I went to the doctor right away and everything was fine. I am entering my second trimester and I am getting a lot of my energy back. Now, I still sleep a good 12 hours a night, but no more naps.
Last doctor visit I heard the baby's heartbeat and it was almost surreal. Sometimes I still can't believe there is a baby growing inside me. During the second week of November we will find out the sex!! I can't wait.
I will post ultrasound photos soon. Waiting for my hubby to hook up the scanner.
Looking forward to meeting new mommies!

Had a doctors apt today and I got to hear my babies heartbeat for the second time. It is the greatest sound in the world. The doctor said I could schedule my BIG ultrasound for the 17th or 19th week. So, I wait two weeks or a month to find out the sex. I am so impatient. Though he said the longer we wait we can see more of the organs and how they are developing. I am going to try to hold off till the 19th week, but will see. I just can't wait to find out. I have also gained 15lbs!!!!! Yikes!

Scheduled my apt for the BIG ultrasound! Nov 26th is the BIG day! :) I decided to wait till I was 19 wks, so we could see everything.

Today was the BIG day! IT IS A BOY!!! The ultrasound was the coolest thing I have ever seen! I am the most impatient person and I so want him to be here now. I want to hold him and kiss him. I am so excited I can't go to bed. I just want to shop for him and call everyone I know. He is kicking up a storm tonight. When the tech was taking all his measurements he wouldn't stop moving. Though as soon as we switched over to the 4D, he hid his face and fell asleep. We got like 3 shots on the 4D, so I am a little bummed. Though I am gonna pay to have it done again when I am a bit further along. www.peekababy3d.com

I had a major shopping spree today! I had so much fun shopping for my little guy. I took some pics of my favorite outfits and posted them. I always had fun shopping for my nieces and nephews, but it is totally better when its your own. Even my husband was oohing and awing over some of the outfits. I just want him to be here. I am already getting started on the nursery. I picked out some paint colors and I am trying to find a painter who can paint vintage airplanes on one of the walls. It is so much fun!

My hubby and I are off to Michigan for a week. We are going to his friends wedding and visiting his family. I am excited! I am going to see snow for the first time! :)
I had a great Christmas. Got lots of cool stuff for Presley. Colin got me an awesome video camera and a beautiful necklace with a diamond (presley's birthstone). Well, gotta run! Have a great week!!

Things are going great! I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has flown by! I just got another U/S on Friday. I was 28 weeks and 1 day. I can already tell he has daddy's lips. I am just so excited! I can't wait to see my hubby holding Presley. My husband has never changed a diaper or even been around babies before. I have six nieces and nephews, so I have been around babies and at least know how to change a diaper. HeHe.
We have gotten so much done in the nursery. Though I am not going to post any pics till we are finished. My baby shower is coming up and I can't wait!!

I so totally can't sleep! I starting to become very uncomfortable. Then by the time I get comfortable I have to get up to pee! I just want my lil man to be here. My hubby is so sweet. I woke up hungry, so he got up at 1am and got me Taco Bell. So, this weekend my hubby and I driving all the way to Ft. Worth to pick up a Valentines Day present for me. Colin bought me a new Siamese kitty. His name is going to be Blaze! I am obsessed with Siamese cats. One day I would actually like to breed them. I am a sucker for any animal. I can't even go into Pets Mart when they have their pet adoption day, because I want to rescue them all and I get all emotional. Seriously, it is that bad. Colin thinks I am a total freak! Anyways, I can't wait to have a little road trip with my hubby. We always have fun. We are taking my Tahoe, so I can stretch out in the back. I also have a DVD player in there, so I can watch movies. It will be just like I am at home....LOL. My hubby bought me this Tahoe two years ago, because we wanted babies. My whole family made fun of me, because I was driving this mom mobile around. Finally it will officially be a mom mobile!!! Okay, I am so rambling. Going to try to go back to bed. xoxoxo

I am home with my new kitty!! I named him Oliver. It is very fitting for him. This was an early Valentines Day present from my hubby. Oliver is so handsome, he comes from a long line of grand champions and is just breath taking. I have been so busy with him that I have been having major web site with drawls! Below is a picture of my new baby. I love him so much already.
So, today I went to get my hair done and I ended up cutting 5 inches off! It feels great. My hair grows so fast, that it isn't a big deal for me. That is about all the excitement in my life.

Haven't been on in a few days, because I had a little stay at the hospital. Everything is fine and baby Presley is doing great. Though I am not going to lie I was a bit scared. Sunday night I started having massive back pain and contractions. Then I started having major chills and vomiting. So, I waited a couple of hours just to see if it would pass. It was only getting worse, so I called my doctors answering service and they called me back ASAP. They told me to go straight to L&D. My hubby was not home, so I called my sister n law and she took me there and my hubby met us up there. Come to find out I had a pretty bad kidney infection. Which can cause contractions and all those other symptoms. So, they loaded me up with fluids and antibiotics. I am now home and feeling much better. Still really tired and just kind of feel like I have the flu. When we were leaving the hospital though we passed by the nursery to look at all the sweet babies! I can't wait!!! :)

Well, I finally uploaded photos of Presley's nursery. I am just waiting for his shutter to be made and installed. Then we can put the chair rail up. Other than that everything is complete. Everything is washed and ready for his arrival. I had a doctor apt this past Monday and everything went great. I had that Group B test done. Though I have gained 54 lbs!!! I am not worried though. I can lose it and most importantly Presley is healthy. This Thursday I have another apt and I will finally have a pelvic exam and find out if I am dilated, effaced, etc. Which I am dying to know. I have never been so excited to have a pelvic exam...LOL! This week we had a NEW outlet mall open up 5 minutes from my house and I am loving it. There are 5 kids stores and the prices are great. Besides it is good exercise for me. I went today and just walked for 30 minutes and just window shopped. The mall is outside in the open, so it's nice. Hubby and I are in bed and about to watch a movie. We had our usual Friday date night. We went to a cajun restaurant and had crawfish. YUMMY!!

Well I was under the impression that the condoms had spermicide in them. But I don't think so now....I know and I am STILL a firm believer that God wont give you more than you can handle. I ended up asking Brandon if he wanted me to call the doctor and see about getting the morning after pill and he said NO! He said that same thing he did when we took the pregnancy test for Sean. "Whatever Happens Happens :)" Which that made me feel better altogether.
Masons dad is just Masons dad I dont ever see him changing.
I am good today. I am a little upset I took Mason to his kindergarten orientation tonight. Whew....I will be okay. Yeah I have completely stopped breastfeeding he is still getting the occasional bottle but its weird because when he gets the breastmilk bottle he spits up alot. Im dont have any leakage unless I squeeze them...LOL I froze alot too, but I was using a bottle at least once a day. :)
My day was okay, but when I get my period it will be better lol :)

REALLY? i wonder why i stopped getting peoples blogs!! i'm going 2 have 2 find out what is going on with that. jaliyah is doing ok..she has a lil bit of an ear infection. it hasn't seemed 2 bother her but i took her 2 the dr anyway. got some medicine so hopefully it will be gone soon! other then that everything is goin good. she's got such a personality! she learned how 2 blow spit bubbles so she does this lil thing with her lips n blows bubbles...it's so cute! she is quite the talker too. she will talk 2 just about anybody. it's funny 2 see her talk away 2 strangers. i just love being a mommy n seeing all the new things she learns. good 2 kno presley is doing great. love the new pix! :o)

Oh, my! You are lucky to live where there is so much to do! Is your mall bigger than the Mall of America? We've been there 2 times and it's a dream! There's not much going on in Michigan anywhere! We live in a town of 300 people, I grew up in Cheboygan- pop. 7,000. But it will be nice for you to visit during the fall, it is beautiful here at that time.

Oh, thank you so much for telling me about the sling! I was afraid my baby would not like it either, and then $65 would be wasted. I considered the travel system, but we won't get much use out of the stroller because of the winters here. We have a light stroller that we can use when we need to. I think I am going to get the car seat cover, I just want to find one that isn't $56+...I realize they are super cute, but it's only material! You can get a new car seat for the prices of some of those car seats covers! I've seen some of them for $200...can you believe that? We aren't cheapskates or anything, but this being our last baby we don't want to go overboard with stuff, know what I mean? I think I'll look on ebay for a new cover, maybe I'll find a super cute one at a good price!

Girl I have so much on my mind right now its ridiculous. Mason starting to school is one big one....than get ready for this...Last night....we had sex....the condom broke...you heard me...IT BROKE. OH WOW!! Im flippin. Not this soon. WHat makes this even weirder is that this is the exact same week that I conceived Sean last year...LOL I cant take birth control so we were just using the condoms....oh man.
I dont know what Im gonna do about Masons dad...he is such a loser. The latest update is he said he forget to charge is phone so it was dead.....typical.
Work is very well. Wearing me out for sure....but its good. I love being around all the kids. They make so happy!!

Hi mama's! Well, I'm back from a wonderful anniversary trip with my hubby. We had a great time and did a lot of antiquing. I walked way too much and am hurting...but it was worth it! We got an old table that we will convert into an island for our farmhouse, I love it!
I've been losing my mucous plug over the past few days...I am so excited, she will be here in no time! I told some of you already, but Matt decided to change our girl's name AGAIN...she will be Maggie Elyse. We both love it and think it's perfect for her. I looked high and low for baby stuff on our trip. I decided to get the 'Shabby Chic' baby bedding from Target. We have chosen a white Jenny Lind crib. I am now just trying to decide between getting a car seat cover ($56) to go over our boy's car seat, or get a car seat stroller combo from Target ($130). Which do you ladies think I should choose? I am going to pass on the Peanut Shell baby sling, because I don't think it will be used long enought o justify the $65 price. We want to make wise purchases since this is our last baby and we won't be reusing anything.
We have news on our house! The Switzerland couple is hopefully wanting to make an offer, and the other couple is still waiting for their insurance money from their house fire, once they get it they said they are buying our house. So, now it's a matter of who offers what and when...until then, we continue to wait. Both couples are cash buyers, so that means a quick sale. I just want this to go fast now, we have done enough waiting.
Well, now that I'm back, write to me! I missed you!
