Socrates and I have decided to start TTC again. This time around I am NOT GOING TO STRESS!!! We've been trying for a little over a year (took a little break because our efforts were adding an unwanted strain on our relationship) and now we're back on track. Hopefully there will be good news in the near future.

Well I received my FertilAid (FA) today along with my Pre lubricant (the individual packets of PreSeed) and I'm excited to see what's going to happen over these next couple of months. I also ordered HPT's and I took one to exclude pregnancy before I stared the the FA. Needless to say (but I'm going to say it anyway) the test came back negative, which is kind of a relief because I've been having an absolutely awful time with my period lately.

Day 1:

I'm still on my period but it's a weird situation... I was on for over a month and then it stopped for a couple of days and now it looks like I'm back on. I've read a lot of reviews about FA and a lot of people said they got PG within the first couple of weeks. I'd love for that to happen but I'm also thinking realistically.. before I can ovulate my cycle has to straighten itself out. I must admit that I am skeptcal about the outcome but I figured it's worth a try. Hopefully this is the beginning of a wonderful thing.

Well... no TTC this month. Unfortunately I have to go on a month of BC pills to stop 2 months of incessant bleeding. Who knows... maybe next month will be my month!

Well, he was just a whirlwind from the very beginning! I did have an u/s but he was being shy and hiding:) LOL Then 6 weeks before he was due, my husband was in another state working and SURPRISE! I woke up early in the morning in labor and delivered him 30 minutes after arriving at the hospital. So we weren't prepared for him AT ALL! Luckily we have some great family and friends that helped us get some things together because the poor kid had only 1 pack of onesies the day he came into the world! Of course we had the big stuff already from my daughter. And he did stay in the hospital for 1 week because of his prematurity so I got to get a few things together before he came home! I'm already overwhelmed by trying to prepare for this baby. We do have 4 bedrooms in our house but the bedroom on the first floor is currently being used for a playroom for the kids. So we have to move our bedroom down here and make a nursery in the 3rd bedroom upstairs--not to mention relocate all the toys which will require some new shelves and getting rid of a lot of stuff! Plus we had gotten rid of all our baby stuff because we thought we were done having kids! It's a big old mess here. LOL Thank goodness you have 9 months to prepare for a baby coming!

Hello how are things going, what happened to the bad sex blog you wrote i started reading it on saturday and had to go before i finished then i came back to read it today and its gone. I had some advice on the subject so let me know if you still want it. How is it going with the aunt? Has it settled down at all? And has that bleeding stayed away? I hope it has. Well im on cd31 and still not feeling anything yet except sore breast not much else is happening but my pregnancy symptoms never kick in until around 6 weeks so if i dont get af by then i might test. We are getting some much needed rain here at the moment and its made it cold but we really need the rain as we have been in drought here for years now. How old is Socks little brother? You will be an instant mum if you get custody of him!

Hello again...your right about the MC thing..it's not worth worrieing..what will happen will happen..and It happens for a reason...I think 1 in 3 women do MC..it's just your bodys way of getting prepared..like a trial run I suppose..It is awful..but If it didn't happen to me..then I would never have had Jacob...and he's perfect..I couldn't live without him....oh I've put a couple of pics in my album of Marks family visit..there was Jacob and his half cousine Hanna in the hammock..and it was so cute..I only had my phone camera on me..but they came out pretty good considering..right..better get to bed..long day tomoro..got driving lesson and Marks back at work..so no lye in for me tomoro ..haha..talk soon...Xxxx

no..i'm not a proffessional photographer..I have a digital camera and an imagination..lol..and that's all you need..I would love to have all the equiptment and a studio and take pics for a living..but I wouldn't have a clue where to start..haha..I really love this site too..I found it when I was about 4 months pregnant with my second..I MC with my first at 3 months...so was really scared about loosing the second..and it really helped to talk with other women in the same situation..I'll be trying again in Oct..might even start next month...trying to get the age gap between them right..haha..it took me 7-8 months to get pregnant the first time..and then 6-7 months to get pregnant with Jacob..so I might need to start now if it's going to take that long again..lol..it's just a bit scary..because you know how much hard work it is and how painful and tireing and emotional it is..but it's all worth it..I just don't know how it'd be juggling a toddler and a baby..lol..well..only one way to find out..haha..I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you..I got pregnant when I didn't think about it..I think it has alot to do with stress..so nice and calm and positive thinking..I gave up smokng and Mark did too..and I think that helped alot..right..better get on..got Marks family gathering..some of them haven't seen Jacob yet..and are down from Africa to come visit..so that should be fun..talk soon..Xxx

Yup, we're all dying to find out if it's a boy or a girl! We were hoping the u/s we had on Wednesday would have given us a clue but Dr. said it was still to early. Aug. 20 is the next one and we should find out then if baby is cooperating! My son never did cooperate at his u/s so he was a mystery...

I am so sad my sis is leaving in the morning I have an ultra sound tommorow afternoon so I am going to try and see if they will give me a few more days to see if she will turn and so my sis can be here!!!! FINGERS CROSSED...... I see your TTC I went through all the TTC for about 3 years before I finally got prego with her..... I am praying for you I know how it feels to want to be prego.... It takes 18 months to become certified, and I'm going p/t because I have a f/t job.

I'm currently in the real estate/mortgage business (Foreclosure Auditor) have been doing that for over 8 years just wanted a change in careers, and environments.

Yes girl it is by God's grace and mercy that I'm able to finish because normally once I set a goal I will stop midway but this time I'm determine to finish it and do something different. Yes and you definitly (sp) need the motivation to finish because I work 8-10hrs m-f and coming home to do homework for both myself and daughter is a challenge. So good luck with school

I haven't told my aunt yet but my bf and I decided to tell her and his mom at the same time since I'm starting to show a bit we're crossing our fingers hoping they won't be too mad. :-)
