How`s my pregnancy doing?

Jan-30th = We found out we are having a baby girl! She looked so cute and was sucking her thumb. I am so excited that I can finally buy clothes and things for her room with out having to do unisex colors.

Hello everyone and congrats on your pregnancies! When I was 16 I was diagnosed with endometriosis and told it would take awhile for me to get pregnant and I needed to do it as soon as possible. Well, six years later when I decided to try after graduating college, it took approx. 18 days! So much for being infertile. My boyfriend Adam is an officer in the military and I am working towards my masters in social work. We got to hear the heartbeat on 12/19/07 and it was amazing (170bpm)! This is going to be our first and last child so I am trying to enjoy every minute that I can.

Feb 19th- Went to the doctors and got the results back from all the testing and anatomy scan. Negative for absolutely everything!!! (I chose to test for anything they possibly could) The anatomy scan was perfect, couldn `t have been better. Such a relief to know she has such a healthy start.

Is she formula fed or breastfed. I know they ladies talk about different formulas and what they do. Maybe she is lactose intolerant and maybe that makes they belly hurt. Maybe going to a soy wouldn't hurt. I'm not sure. It's kind of hard to say without seeing.

My baby isnt colicky but she is a huge pain in the ass. She used to sleep through the night anymore and is now up every 5-20 mins, she doesnt nap for more than 30 mins during the day. I have writeen many blogs on it if you wanna read them for encouragement! LOL! Just so youknow, you are not the only one!

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

I called to schedule a mamogram and they told me that if you are breastfeeding, they won't do them until 6 months after you finish. I guess that's how long it takes to go back to normal

Hi brittany - i am very sorry but some lady already sent me a private message before you so i will sent her the coupons. However, i do have a can of alimenutm formula to give you if you'd like. I received it from my doctor to try it out on my son, but they still went ahead and switched my son to Enfamil Nutramigen $28 dollars a small can. I understand your pain when it comes to formula. Send me your address and i will mail you alimentum formula. Dont worry it is not opened or used in any way. It is originaly sealed and just sitting inside a cabinet.

Hey! The other day I was just checking to see if I still had milk, I do! Im 10 weeks post partum and I went to see if I could ex[ress milk and yup thereis came. My boobs are small and tiny and not big anymore, I thought for sure it would be gone but nope. Its not white though, more like a cloudy grey now. Weird!

My first was born with very dark eyes so of course they stayed brown. Our second had blue eyes and it took until he was about 10 or 11 months old until they settled on his current color which is hazel. Now with #3 we are anxious to see if hers will stay blue/light - they are lighter than my son's at this age so I guess we get to wait and see!

katipillaer - Wednesday, 20 August
Babies’ eyes change from blue to their natural color by age three. In three years, the eyes produce and store enough brown pigment to take on their natural shade.

Ohh the joys lol!! I too have to find a job.. Not because i want to by any means... but because he is making me feel guilty that we dont have money and he says he is getting a second job and wants me to get a job.. Um ok so what was the point in having a child then if neither of us will ever be home? It doesnt make sense to me. I want to finish school too, I have two classes to finish and get my business degree, but i dont see that happening any time soon. It does suck. I am always questioned, i too an doubting things and asking myself if this is what i want. I do love him, but we fight so often now, I mean I love alexa soo much and am so glad i had her and would never take that back!

ha i know... my moms the same way, cant remember any specifics! My husband actually slept in our guest room during the week, bc otherwise he just wouldnt be able to get out of bed in the mornin. I didnt mind, but it totally sucked for me! I would watch tv while I nursed him, at 12, 2, 4, and 6am... I saw so much weird late night tv. We were laughing about how hard it was in the beginning just the other night... we were like "remember when he would have a poopy diaper every single time he woke up?" thats like, 4 messy diaper changes when your half asleep. we were like how did we make it here.... Now he only poops like every other day.... but hes still a ton of work during the daytime! its just tough :/

My baby woke up every 2-3 hours until he was about 6 weeks... dont worry, it will happen even tho it feels like he'll be waking up every 2 hours forever! One day he'll wake you up and youll look at the clock and realize its been 4 hours! and it only gets better from there... just be patient! ;-)

OMG girl, there is SO MUCH HOPE for the sleeping thing. My son was the exact same way at 1 month. It's amazing and miserable how your whole life becomes sleep obsessed. I think eventually they just naturally start sleeping longer. Sometimes my lil dude will sleep the whole night, or a good 5 hours at a time now at 3 months. People will give you ideas and more ideas on how to accompish more sleep, but at this point, looking at what I've been through, I'm starting to think a lot of things just happen when they happen, and that's all there is to it. Not everything, but a lot of it. HANG IN THERE, it's gonna get better SOON!!
