Hi! My name is Brittany, I'm 22 y/o and pregnant for the first time!! My boyfriend, Robbie and I found out January 9th and have not been able to stop smiling since! We are very excited to be parents and our Great Dane, Keller can't wait to have a little playmate around the house!! My friend Jen recommended this site to me and I've found it very helpful! I've been able to find all the answers to my zillions of questions on this single website and really enjoy the interaction with other mothers-to-be!!! I'm looking forward to my doctors appointment on February 7th where robbie and I will be able to hear the heart beat for the first time!!! I'm not too far along yet so there's a lot to look forward to... feeling the "movement" of the baby for the first time will probably be the most amazing moment of the whole pregnancy! I can't wait for that!!! <3 We won't be finding out what we're having until September when the baby is born! It's going to be hard not to want to find out from the doctor, but we're going to try our best to keep it a surprise!!!

If we have a girl her name is going to be- Bailey Marie and if it's a boy he will be named after his father, Robert Michael :)

Robbie and I went to the first doctor's visit today and met with the nurses who will be attending my delivery! We went over a lot of nutritional information, family background history, and some plans for the actual day our baby will arrive!! :) It was a great experience and we fell in love with the staff instantly... the main nurse who dealt with us even knew one of Robbie's really close friends! It was the most comfortable doctor's visit i've ever had, and I believe this will be a good experience for us! Next week I'll meet Dr.Kelty, and hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time, so much more to look forward to! And I'll keep everyone posted on how things Go!!! <3
