NEW UPDATES AS OF NOVEMBER 22ND 2008!

Hey ladies how is everyone? I try to get on here as much as possible but i started going back to school early October so i havnt gotten the chance to get on much.. but i am trying so leave me lots of love k!

Allie is doing great!! Shes growing so fast, she has started to laugh, stand up (with help), an has been sleeping through the night in her own room and crib for about two weeks now! I though that it was going to be hard to get her to do that but it wasnt, all i did was put her in there, an she was even awake (but a bit drowsy) and she went to sleep on her own with no fussing! Man i shoulda done that AGES ago!! Her colic has been gone for some time now, she only had it for about a month and a half... it went away on its own. i really think that it was stomach issues because whenever i gave her gripe water it seemed to relieve her. Well now shes on to newer things to cry about haha... TEETHING. She has her hands in her mouth every chance she gets, she even falls asleep like that sometimes!

Thanks for the encouraging words. I was hoping like heck I would go ahead and carry her to term but I didnt and she is here now and thats what matters. I am on my way up there to the NICU in a little while. Its a 75 mile trip one way, so I know that Im gonna have a lot of those trips to make over the next two months. She was doing fine last night, resting comfortably. Im keeping my fingers crossed, Ill update later this evening when Ive seen her and know more. Best wishes for your baby as well!

well i went to my dr appt today and she said i was the same as the last time i went dialated to 1cm (thick)
and im thinkin its bullshit! cuz ever since this morning (when i went to the doctors) my cervix has been stinging/hurting and have had hella sharp pains throughout the whole day! its hurts soo bad, its unbearable, and nothing can get rid of the pain AT ALL!! ive tryed pelvic rocking, walking, sitting, and just on my hands and knees trying to get the pains to go away! idk what it is, or what to do!
but i live in marysville, washington
and they wont allow you to video tape birth,
but u can take pics or record labor, and afterbirth..

well i started to get depressed the first 2 weeks i was just over whelmed with everything and its alot harder then i thought it would be but its all very worth it! breast feeding is sooo stressful at time because i feel like i am doing it every 20 minuts or so and she gets frustrated at times because i bottle feed her in between feedings and she gets nipple confused... I just cant wait till shes a little older so i can take her out and do things with her i feel like we have been in a buble for the past 3 weeks lol and im very over protective i guess..but im sure that will all pass everyone says its normal but anyways sorry i am going on and on lol well you only have about a month left congrats i bet your very excited but enjoy these next few weeks really because i missed being pregnant and got all sad for a couple weeks lol i know its weird but i missed feeling her little kicks and hiccups and even my big belly...i love having her here though too its all just amazing : )

omgsoh i understand completely...i HATE when ppl ask. i give the same answer "im fine" lol im thinking well im getting fat, cant sleep, all i do is pee and eat, and im waddling lol she needs to come out. i love her very much, but i think they should cut down pregnancy by a few months...im so telling god that when i get to heaven lol

omgosh i know, i sleep with 3 pillows under my head n back..2 under my legs and 1 btw my legs lol

yeah i wanan pick a name, im getting impatient. everyone keeps asking n im like yeahh i dont know lol

well i dont see why they try and stop it from happening!
if your baby wants to come out, and your body is ready for her to come out, the body will do it wether you or the doctors want it to happen or not,.. lol
i havent been on bed rest..
but ya, it hurts, im probably more dialated now
because every morning when i wake up, my cervix just starts to hurt soo bad, and its almost unbearable to walk,
but my dr. says that its normal..
sometimes i wonder what goes through doctors heads,
i cant believe you are bigger than me, even tho im farther along than you by a week!!! i wanted to be big soo badly:(
but, im not.. lol

so, how have you and the baby been since then..

oh the lotion is working pretty good. man i put it on like 100 times a day haha i just dont want those ugly things! =[

wow i'm glad both you and the baby are ok!! I would have been very scared too.. Hope everything goes well, u better keep me posted :) but ya, i'm offically 40 weeks today & its really depressing knowing its my due date and nothing is going to happen

the doctor won't induce me until the 30th or later.. can you believe that?! So i really hope she comes on her own. I was 2cm and 80% at my last apt. If i dont have her by monday i go in for an u/s and then thursday i go in for 6 hours of monitoring ( i dont know why ) but i'm really upset because TWO WEDNESDAYS ago when i had an u/s she was weighing in at exactly 8lbs. I'm really nervous by the time I have her she will be too big to deliver vaginally and I'm scared of having a C-section. I really do not like the doctor's practice and when I have another baby in the future, i am never going back there!! wish you luck girl <3

u have a tiny body before i can tell!!!
but yes im ready to have her, and shes gettin really ready to come out cuz i went to the doctors on tuesday and she checked my cervix and im dialated to 1cm already and im only 35 weeks (36 on sunday) but then i was walking around in ross yesterday, and when i went to the bathroom, i looked in my underwear and say this BIG thing of it looked to be 'snot' but everyone (including my doctor) said i was starting to lose my plug so,.. she could come at any time now...

its really scary.
you may think ur ready, but when this kinda thing starts to happen, you totally start to think a lot differently, trust me!! and the sharp pains are no complement either! lol

they hurt!!!

haha yea i would say so, your so far along and really lucky! My doctor just started me on the appts. every two weeks. I drank the glucose stuff and it was SO GOOD, i had the orange kind it tasted like a freeze pop! All the nurses were laughing at me because I liked it so much, they say people normally hate it and i was wanting more. Sleeping for me has actually gotten better then it was for so reason. Now if i wake up its usually around 6am to go to the bathroom. Me and matt have been working so much on our new place but it is starting to look really nice! My mom, matts mom and matt are there now painting and were getting new carpets hopfully by next week. My mom also bought me the cutest stuff from pottery barn for her bedroom! The mobile is the cutest! Its like terry cloth and pale pink butterflies. Also the sheets are so cute and the quit, my mom had them inscript her name on it. The curtins that we got match the quilt too. I do thik it is really neat seing her little butt go up. At the dr.s appt he told me the position that she was in and he made me feel her little heel! It was so cool!! She is head down though and her butt is in my ribs witch kind of hurts! Does allie change positions alot? Are you having any wierd cravings?

wow 34 weeks already! ur almost there!! ahhh so exciting!
im getting stretch marks too but im trying to stop them by loading up on like a bottle of lotion a day! haha i dont want them! but whatever...i guess i cant stop them.
i hate the hot weather, so im not getting to much sleep either. and its only going to get worse! haha

we are both doing very well. shes kicking n flipping all day long haha its so cute. but she stops when someone touches my belly to feel her. haha its so funny. im in for it, she already has an attitude lol

Oh my gosh, for the past week, my feet and fingers have been swelling. And it doesn't help that I'm on my feet most of the time at work. Even when I wake up in the mornings, my feet are already swelled up like I've been walking on them all night. I think I've finally hit the "uncomfortable" stage in pregnancy.. and it's NO FUN!

i so cant wait, and im still really tiny, but my doctor says that she just either may be a little small, or that shes also hiding in the back of me, instead of the front, where most babies like to be!
