About your question on breast and formula mixed... I asked the same question on here and just about everyone told me no I shouldnt do that, but I read up on it and it said it was okay to do it. Read the breast milk may even make it easier for the baby to digest the formula.

My 7year old son had baby acne when he was born, i used a cream called E45, his acne was so bad it was all over his head and made his hair fall out.

Joel got the baby acne after I washed him in Aveeno baby. I put Aquaphor on it and ya know I think it made it worse. I was told to wash his face daily in gentle baby wash and not to put anything on it. It interfers with the babies body making its own oils and clogs the pores. I washed his face today in Johnsons all over baby wash and can already tell a difference.

All of my kids got acne as well. My littlest one still has it but it's gotten a lot better. It only looked really bad for about a week, and gradually got better on its own. I tried baby lotion on her face but it made it worse. I would just wait it out and see how long it takes to get better.
