So will you add blinds or curtains when he is old enough to want privacy? It looks great, I love french doors and the angles of it and the closet are great I am just curious. And you said you added on to your house? We did the same thing. Was that originally an exterior door? Or was that just a wall at the staircase? I just like to see how other people did their additions. We did ours a wee too soon as we added for our son who was about 3 and we are due with our 2nd in 4 weeks. We have 3 bedrooms but one is only like 8x11. It sounds ok but in reality it's more like a bathroom size than a bedroom. Guess that was the standard in the 30's. Can you imagine! lol

Your nursery is so cute! Love the nautical accessories and the curtains & blinds! It's great you picked a theme that will work for a few years...I tried to pick a theme for our baby girl's room that will last a few years too. We went with a vintage country cottage theme. I think it's only "trendy" if a lot of people have that name. I have never met anyone named zayden and I love it. Dont worry about what other people think. In 5 or 10 years a whole new batch of names will be around and no one will care how trendy it was. If you love it, USE IT!! its a great name
