...Oh mamma...I wish i could tell you but i just saw the name of a lady (who sopposidly makes these predictions) on someone elses page and went to do my own...wish i had got the link...did you try googling for diff birth predictions?

Well Honey, I wish I had some solid answers for you. I never lost my plug with Nathan and I only had the tinyist amount of fluid come out right at the start of labour. Not even enought to really notice if it was fluid or just pee! Some peoples plugs come out litlle by little and others experience what you did I guess. I THINK that if you loose it, it doesn't mean a hek of a lot, it's when your water breaks that it's a sign of things starting within 24 hours or so.I have my internal check on Tuesday next week, so we'll see if it happens to me too, or if you go before that!I am not looking forward to the feeling of the check up either, but I want to know if I am dialating yet, the first time I did about 2 cm about 2 weeks beofre I delivered, so we'll see. If anything else happens I'll let you know...

First of all, you'll belly looks great!!! and it looks like it's all baby and that's good! I also gained about 30 lbs!

Best advice I got was stay active and not only during the pregnancy, but also after, and listen to your body (if it hurts, you shouldn't be doing it... There is going to be the days, specially after birth, when you'll feel like doing absolutely nothing, but your baby will help keeping you moving, so make sure that you are the one taking care of him most of the time, even at night that I would pay not to have to get up, lol, but I don't have that option. Oh, and for me keggle exercises work great... even at my 6 weeks check-up the doctor couldn't believe I had a baby! and the help the lowest musles of your abs and you can do them anytime, the more the better. I don't do diets, but just make sure that you're not eating more that you normally would pre-pregnancy or the 400+ calories that you'll burn if you breastfeed won't do much, and yes, you are going to be extra hungry then.

Soon, I'll be starting the Body by Glamour program online because it worked last year and I'll let you know how it goes if I find the time...
