Monday, 4 August Thank you for the adviced, however, she wont sit in a room with me, let alone do anything with me. She is a very selfish little girl, and her whole reason for being upset today, was because Dad went out and bought a bassinet for the baby, and not a new car for her.(I am so serious). Then when he decided to assemble it, she threw her fit, because she wanted her room painted, right then and there.(still not joking). All of this, and I am so worried about my health. If I werent pregnant, I would at least be able to handle it better. But I am worried about the baby and my stress levels. I am soo upset right now, butthank you again for your advice. It is great to be able to talk to women in my shoes(the pregnancy ones)thanx for listening! Cailet -
Sunday, 3 August Start getting things ready whenever you are ready. A good place to start is to paint the room first, if it needs to be painted. I'd try and get the things done that you need someone to help you with, or do for you. Because sometimes it can be hard getting them to actually DO it, lol! If you have space cleared out for the baby clothes, you could go ahead and wash them and put them up. If not, start working on that first. There isn't any magic order to doing things, I always just start with whatever I want to do most, that way I am less likely to lose interest and just walk off!
But you have time to do it later, if you want. Some people just like to have everything ready ahead of time, so they don't feel rushed the last few weeks. Or they worry about going into labor early. sunrisehill -
Friday, 1 August Dont buy to much small stuff. I remember with my son I would put things in the wash on tuesday and it would be to small by friday. I am not kidding. Plus it is nice if things are a little big more comfy. Good Luck. caramelbaby -

Monday, 21 July you can still touch your feet!?!?! WOW! I can barely bend over without feeling like I am going to throw up! You are lucky! Oh and my little boy found my rib cage about 6 weeks ago. At our 3D u/s he of course had his feet right at my ribs- no surprise!!!! haha. Congrats on your pregnancy. gigimuffin1 -
Friday, 18 July We are on the same place as you with the name..we had no problem naming our 1st son 6 years ago..thus baby boy- we have no idea- we have a list of like 8 or 9 names and keep adding - I said the other day we will have to decided at the hospital when we meet him! judi -
Friday, 18 July G'day. You said you're struggling with finding a name for Baby. Are you having a girl or boy? I found the girls much easier to name. Our two girls so far are "Becki Amethyst Butterfly" and "Jessica Jasmine Amber". This one will be "Penny something". Boys are oh-so-much more difficult, but you know, in the end it doesn't matter, because the name ends up meaning the little person she becomes, so it's not as big a deal as you think. We named our first son "Jason" even tho I didn't like the name at all. Well, he has become "Jay" and I love it - suits him so much! He's 17 now. Anyway, good luck coming up with something nice.

Friday, 18 July Ya mine has calmed down too. I just get it every once in a while and its just sometimes. I think its normal.. my sister and mom said they got it too. I believe I had it with my last baby too. Thanks! agonzales -
Wednesday, 16 July Hey there! I had my doc appt this morning and I asked her about the needle sting and pressure.. she said it was normal and its just from the baby being low and putting pressure down there. So I guess we have nothing to worry about. Have you went to see your doc yet? agonzales -
Monday, 14 July I will do that. I actually have an appt in a lil bit for my ultrasound at the peri so I might ask them to see what they say. If they cant give me an answer I will ask my doctor on Wednesday. How is your uti going? Mine feels like its gone. I dont think that needle feeling is from the uti but who knows. Ive had that needle sting before this time and I didnt have a uti. I think I remember having it with my last baby too but I dont think I ever really ask the doc about it. Good luck! agonzales -
Monday, 14 July Well I just finish some antibiotics for a uti. Ive actually had this feeling in the beginning of pregnancy and told the doc and he said its normal. I have another doctor now and plan to ask her about it on Wednesday. Thanks! agonzales -
Thursday, 10 July Oh just read your post about the uti. I just went to the er on Saturday for that. I was in so much pain I was crying and felt like I was going in labor or something. They are no fun. Are you having any bleeding? I read if you have blood it can be worse than a uti and be a kidney infection instead. I had blood but so far the antibiotics they gave me are working and I drank alot of cranberry juice and water. tracmac -

Monday, 16 June Yes I have the same hip pain and it does not matter what side I sleep on it still hurts so have been sleeping on my back which I heard is not good for baby but I try sleeping on either side but it hurts. As for baby kicks mine are all below my belly button too. Glad to hear I'm not the only one as I was thinking the worst, that my baby was too small, but if you and others are still low it puts my mind at ease. Health and happiness to you and your baby xxx mamacakes -

Monday, 16 June Hip pain--yes. It's very uncomfortable to sleep on either side. It means that the spine is out of line. I go to the chiropractor once/wk. When he adjusts me, I feel great, but my sacrum slips back out of place a day or two later, which causes my hips to hurt at night and my tailbone to hurt during the day.
