I am so excited to finally be pregnant! My husband and I tried for a year and had all but given up hope when we found out. I can't believe how different I feel, my body is changing everyday! I thank God for my tiny miracle and BLESS all ya'll pregnant girls out there!!

Feeling yucky lately. I'm not hungry, just nauseous! And when I do eat, I can only eat a very little bit or I get very sick, like I've eaten a whole cake or something. I don't know what's wrong with me, I am worried I am starving my baby only eating two meals a day.

Feeling really good today, actually, too good. I hope this is the light at the end of the m/s tunnel. Almost in the second trimester, only 5 days to go!!!

Went to dr today. I had a small bleed near my uterus 3 weeks ago and it has gotten bigger. I am on full-blown bedrest, but it isn't a huge risk to our baby. It is going to drive me crazy. My mama came from Lafayette to be with me until my hubby comes home in a week. I am so disappointed. Guess I will work on the scrapbook I am putting together for our darling baby.

Thursday, 10 Jan

Went Tuesday to see about my bleed and it was totally gone. I am so happy and I am back on normal activity. I cleaned house like a madwoman. Didn `t take long for me to need a nap though. And my darling was moving all over the place. He had his hands all in his mouth, even sucking his thumb once. I never get tired of seeing him. Going on the 6th of February to find out the gender, but Mommy `s pretty sure he `s a boy!!!

have been feeling pretty good lately. I go on the 13th of February to find out what my baby is but my hubby will be offshore still. I am still convinced it is a boy but I `ll take anything healthy. I can `t wait to find out if I `m getting a Jadyn or an Edyn . . . .

I felt my baby move this morning! I am so very happy. He kicks me when I roll onto my tummy!!! I love it

Hey everyone! Baby Emily was born June 18th, 12:07am weighing in at 6 lb 14 oz, 21 inches! She was a lot smaller than the dr and I expected! Birth story and pics are up. I had to have an emergency c section. We are home now and doing well. Congrats to all the new mommies and baby dust for those of you still carrying your little ones! I am enjoying my little Emily so much!

i have to have non stress tests twice a week until my girl is born. they just hook you up to a monitor and you just lay there for however long. they listen to the heart beat, movements..etc. mine had hiccups for about 15 minutes last time! my nst's have been kinda relaxing actually....good luck to you!!

I just had a nonstress test today! They just hook you up to a monitor and watch babys heart rate and contractions. Nothing to it at all, and you will be so excited when you get to hear the heartbeat for awhile!!!!

Oh man that is exactly how I feel. I really liked my doc til now. I had a small baby the first time and they had to cut me from on hole to the other so I know it's gonna happen again. But I just don't even think I'll make it to that point. My daughter was 5 lbs 12 oz. At my last U/S like 7.5 weeks ago this baby was weighing 5 lbs 7 oz. The doc keeps saying oh he's not gonna be that big he'll be 7 lbs at best. Ok you can look at my belly and tell that's not the case. Stupid doctors.

Hello there, Well I asked a midwife and she told me to do this..... Have something spicey for dinner {I had hotwings} afterwards have sex with your husband, when your done put a pillow under your back and lay on your left side stay there for 30 minutes. Then go for a 20 min walk. when you get home drink a dosage of pepto bismol wait 5 minutes and drink 3 teaspoons of castor oil mixed into 8 oz orange juice then get a hot shower {it helps your body to relax so it can prepare for labor} then wait 2 hours after your first dose and drink 2 oz castor oil to another 8 oz of Orange Juice. Take another hot shower. Then go lay down and relax and it takes 2-6 hours for the contractions.
With me I took my firrt castor oil dose at 7pm and woke up at 12:45 with 2 minute apart contractions my water broke at 4:30 and the rest is history ....... Have fun and Goodluck. I recommend drinking the pepto bismol too it really helped, i didnt feel sick at all and I think it helped with the runs......

holding out til the 24th? awww i hope ur baby dont come by then ur he'll miss it and we can't have that! my fella gets a week off starting mon so id be happy to go during that time or even after it so he gets another week off for maternity hehe. do u think youll have a big baby? you might be all water. everyone tells me im small and theres nothing there but i just know its gonna be around the same weight as my last two cos im exactly the same size i reckon. i just had rasberry leaf tea out of curiosity expecting to get a contraction after one sip but nooooooooooo. LOL i dont even wanna help things along cos half of me is too scared lol. what u been doing? xx

is this ur first baby? its always scary first time round but people react differently when they know theyre in labour. im more scared now than i was with my first and my first wasnt even that bad! lol. well compared to most women on here! i got a midwife app on tue so il find out if mines head down or engaged cos i dont even know, ive got lumps coming out everywhere and theres no way im going d.i.y im just gonna wait naturally and when it happens it happens. thank god i didnt go on 13th june, i had bad visions of going on that date did u? u took anything to start yself off? im gonna have a cup of rasberry leaf tea later lol out of curiosity. do u want any drugs when u go into labour? x

oh i know! dont know what its like where you are but we only make an app to see a dr if theres a problem and we see the midwife every 2 weeks after a certain time of being pregnant but they dont give u an internal here unless u think ur in labour. some of the girls on here are i,2 and 3cm dilated but to me thats slow labour cos i was still in bed trying to get bk to sleep at 3cm with my first. U havent got long to go now are you nervous or excited? x

Thank you for response about shaving. I remember when i was giving birth 16 years ago in Russia, I couldn't shave, since it were twins and I was huge. And my waters broke and I came in the hospital in the middle of the night, and was shaved by very grumpy nurse, who kept muttering about women who come unprepared. Not a very pleasant memory:) So it is good they do not have this mandatory shaving policy here:)

Thanks for your comments! She been trying to make my PREGNANCY her party! If I get a symptom-lik difficulty sleeping or nausea, well wouldn't you know SHE has been having the same symptoms too!! She really needs to get a life. This is exactly why I've been avoiding her since I found out I'm pregnant.
