Hey, everyone! I am very excited that I will be having a beautiful baby boy in just two months! I am married and have a step-daughter, Ashley, who is 11, and can't wait to have a little brother. His name is going to be Chase Michael Collins. I feel like I have been pregnant forever, but now I am 31 weeks and my baby will be here so soon! I have been very lucky because I have had such a smooth pregnancy, with no problems at all. I didn't get morning sickness, heartburn, swollen anything(yet), or any of the horrible things some women have to go through! I just have a belly that seems to be getting bigger everyday.

33 weeks now, and I feel really big and really pregnant. It's so weird, I am going to have a son so soon. I have been going to the doctor every two weeks, they never really do anything but ask if everything is ok, and check the heart rate. I wish I could get a 4D ultrasound, but they don't have any places that do them in my area. : ( The only complaint I have is my one of my legs is really sore all the time and I don't understand why. And I always wonder why everyone says their baby is kicking so hard it hurts, cause when mine is moving it feels fine, not painful. Actually, one more complaint-- I can't find ever find anything to wear!! Either everthing is too big(maternity pants) or waayyy too small... ha ha

Chase is 6 weeks old now, and I am so in love! He is such a good child, doesn't really cry, and sleeps pretty good at night, although he hates the bassinet so he usually ends up in the bed... I have alot of new pics, so check them out.

I do not have coupons but I have a can of similac advance of 8 oz.. It has never been open. If this is what your baby use let me know so I can send it to you.

What a smart idea, I didn't think about asking the ladies on the site for their Similac coupons. I am supplementing with some formula as well as Breast feeding but formula is $$. Your a smart women plus the coupons would just go to waste. Its like RECYCLING. lol

lizamafers - 10.6 hours ago
I may have some, I just have to check and make sure they can be used in the u.s! Don't worry about sending stamps.

Steph1212 - 12.4 hours ago
I will send you mine. My email address is Roxystar4@aol.com. Just email me your address and I will send them to you, I think I have at least 5-10 of them, for $5 off each.

i have been using my similac coupons for myself but don't "need" them, if you need them i would be happy to send mine to you.

peaceful1013 - 13.2 hours ago
If I can find my planner I have $30 in Similac coupons. 6-$5 coupons. I would be glad to send them as my baby has to take the Enfamil Nutramigen. Let me make sure I can find it. I am sure it is around here somewhere. When I find it, I will message you and let you know.

My friends MIL can't do Thurs and Fri and those are days I need so that is no longer an option...oh well I found another daycare I feel better about. He starts tomorrow we will see how it goes. Ever since his first day my husband has been staying home with him when I go to work so he only spent a half day in that other one.

I worked full time and I'm not sure about returning to work. It will all depend on if we can find suitable childcare. If it costs as much as my wages then I won't. I would like to return only when the schools are in and have all the holidays off. We will have to add up how much this would give me and if it is worth it I guess. It also depends on if the hospital allow me to just work part time like this. I also have a 10 yr old.

Will you return to work? Who will look after babe?

Thankyou for your sweet message: it does help to know that I am not alone. It is tough, on one hand I am so elated and blissfully happy with my little baby girl and on the other hand I just feel quite depressed. Doesn't really make any sense! How do you spend your days? Nx

Thanks I will try to stay positive. I am doing everything right. She hates being on her tummy unless she is on my chest. So I guess that is a good thing. This feeling is starting to get better. I don't know what I would do without the angel care monitor. I love it, it puts my mind at ease. Do you have one? I know it works because every time I take her out of the bassinet and forget to turn it off, the alarm goes off. It's nice to know that I am not the only one who fears this. Well I am sure all moms fear this but not as bad as me. I am literally checking on her every 5 min. I am parinoid. Well this will hopefully get better once she turns 4 months, because that is when it is more likely to happen between 2 and 4 months. Well take care.

my son does the same thing with the boob...its so funny. I'm going to try and breastfeed until he's six months. I might have to supplement with formula..because I didn't do a good job pumping everyday. but even with the restrictions I want my son to get the best especially since he's anemic. Plus, I like the bonding time we get with it and its so easy at night to feed him...I just plop the boob in his mouth and takes about 5-10min and back to sleep.

I am the same way with Jamison, thinking of scary things that could happen. I hate it so bad, it my husband knew some of the crap that pops into my head he would think I am nuts.

angelle23 - Thursday, 26 June
I feel the same way you do (maybe worse) I am so parinoid about sids it's not even funny. I always have these horrible thoughts in my head that I can't get rid of. I am constitly checking on her every 5- 10 min when shes sleeping (if shes not on the angel care monitor) I do still check on her even when she is on the monitor. I am worried sick. That is all I think about. I had 2 friends babies die of sids. One of them just last week, and she delivered a week before me. So I am just parinoid. I don't know if I should talk to someone or not. I can't get these horrible thoughts out of my head.

berbaby3 - Thursday, 26 June
what's your trick????? how did you get him out of your bed? Did it take long? Because I have A little Abby that will only sleep in my bed or arms!!! HELP

ladobruk - Thursday, 26 June
I know what you mean...I feel sick sometimes thinking about how my life would be if something ever were to happen to my daughter. Isn't it awful how our brains can wander sometimes! The first few nights she started doing 8-9 hour sleep stretches, my stomach was literally doing flip flops as I was went to her crib to check on her. I was so scared that something was wrong. The worrying started the moment you found out you were pregnant and now it will never end. Craziness! lol

mom2boy - Tuesday, 24 June
I use to be an average to heavy sleeper but since I've had Jamison I am a light sleeper. That just might work.
