I am a mom to a beautiful baby boy named Chase. He is cute, funny, happy, wonderful, amazing, smart, lovable, cuddly, and I couldn't be anymore proud to be his mommy! I also have a step daughter who is 11 named Ashley, and am married to a crazy, funny guy named Mike. We are from Northern New Jersey, and own a pizzeria. I always joke that Chase is a "Resturant Rat!" He hangs out at the pizzeria sometimes and all the customers love him, and he loves all the action! Anyway I looovvveee this website, I have been addicted since I was preggo! Hope all my fellow mommies and babies are happy and healthy!!! : )

Saturday, 17 May Oh my gosh I know what you mean about you knowing how to keep him happy and such. I am already thinking of all the things I will have to tell the daycare what to do. Also at the end of this month my brother and his wife are going to watch him for us (who have their own baby of 10 months) and I am already thinking they won't know what to do. They won't know what he likes. Sometimes he gets pissed off and it can be hard to comfort him (especially if you don't have boobs). So are you hiring a nanny that comes to your house? Are you taking him somewhere? What are your childcare plans? mavy143 -
Friday, 16 May I just read your post about vitamins & Floride supplements
Our city water is florinated, so my Dr doesn't recommend them...however with that said...I don't drink tap water...so, I have been drinking the Floride spring water (Nursery water). (I pump and formula feed)
From what I have read...if you use liquid pre-mixed formula they add floride so there is no need for a supplement. If you use dry powder formula you should use florinated tap water or Nursery water to mix it.
So, if you are breastfeeding and don't have florinated city water, this may be why your Dr is prescribing.
I say...If you question it, than you should call the Dr office..it won't hurt...and that is why they are there!!
Wishing you all the best!! Congrats on your baby boy!! mom2boy -
Friday, 16 May I carried him in his wrap for a lot of the day but that seem to put pressure on my stomach at all. ~NyMom -

Monday, 12 May I don't know where his hair came from, seriously, my husband and I both have thin hair. I was so shocked the first time I saw him. mom2boy -

He is a little baldy, and what a cute one! I am sure Jamison will kill me someday for posting pictures of his pooping face on line but I just couldn't help it. chasesmommy08 -

Tuesday, 6 May Yes, I love having a boy! Both my husband and I wanted a boy so we lucked out!! Although I am sure we would both have been just as happy with a girl too. mom2boy -

Tuesday, 6 May Saw your question about the c-section... I had mine 3 months ago and the incision area still hurts on occassion. I've noticed that it tends to hurt more when the weather is bad (rainy, cold)... at first I thought I was nuts to think this but then my neighbor told me hers was the same way! Also, my incision would ache when I twisted or turned a certain way until about 6 weeks after the surgery.
