HI I AM 33 YEARS OLD AND PREGNANT WITH MY 2ND BABY. CANT WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT OUR AMAZING BABY IS??
FEEL MORE TIRED AND BIGGER THIS TIME AROUND.
GOT THE BIG U/S TOMORROW , CAN'T WAIT!!! 4TH JULY.
FOUND OUT TODAY WE ARE HAVING A LITTLE BOY, WELL EXCITED NOW!!
BOOKED IN FOR C/ SECTION ON NOV 10TH AT 8 AM!
DUE TO MAJOR PROBLEMS IN MY LAST LABOUR, ENDING UP IN EMERGENCY SECTION.

HAD MIDWIFE APPOINTMENT THIS MORNING, URINE FINE. SO MUST BE WORKING MY NEW DIET AND DIABETIC TABLETS!!
MY TUMMY IS MEASURING 36CMS, WHICH IM WORRIED ABOUT. GOT TO WAIT TILL GROWTH SCAN ON THURSDAY. TO SEE IF C SECTION COMING FORWARD.??
we are waiting for our little miracle to be born now on 10th november 2008!!!

HAD MIDWIFE APPOINTMENT, 1ST ANTI D INJECTION AND IT HURT! HEARD OUR BABIES HEARTBEAT AGAIN I CANT WAIT TO MEET HIM NOW. MY UTERUS IS MEASURING 31CMS , SO MY MIDWIFE THINKS I AM HAVING A BIG BABY AGAIN. MY SON WAS 9LB 12OZ 8 YEARS AGO.
SHE WANTS TO MONITOR ME NOW, FOR BLOODS ETC..
HAVING C SECTION ON 10 NOV, SO IF HE IS BIG HE WONT GET STUCK THIS TIME...
ALSO HAD GLUCOSE ++ IN URINE , SO GOT TO HAVE GLUCOSE TEST.

HAD UTI SO BEEN ON ANTIBIOTICS FOR LAST WEEK, NOW I SEEM TO HAVE THRUSH!!

had really wierd discharge today, looked like snot!!
so midwife sent me to day assesment unit in hospital.
heard our beautiful babys son heartbeat again and he is such a mover and groover!!
cant wait to hold him in my arms now.
anyway it turns out i have thrush again and another uti!!!
yippee!!
so had a pessary for thrush and got to wait for results of wee test, before they treat it.
Also got to have a glucose tolerance test done on thursday, at hospital , as they found glucose in my wee sample and blood test....

went to hospital today and i have gestational diabetes, yippeeeeee!!
got to try and control it via diet.
also got to test my blood 4 times a day now.
have to be monitored by hospital now, as my baby is already 4lb and 14oz.
c section could be brought forward, will find out in 2 weeks.

Well today has been a real horrible day !!
Had to go back to hospital and been put on diabetic drugs.
And had more bloods taken, have another growth scan next thursday.
Then our beloved , amazing, beautiful english springer spaniel, teko, was put to sleep at 5:10pm.
He was very poorly and 2 vets both said it was his time, he would of been 13 on the 4th oct.
He had been the bestest friend any family could of wished for and he will be missed so much by everyone, especially my husband, my 8 yr old son, myself and our unborn son!!
And our jack russell , summer.
My husband and my father buried him in our garden and it feels wierd, i keep thinking he is going to appear and start wagging his tail. And i also keep thinking is he warm enough and is he lonely??
GOD I LOVED HIM!!
GOODNIGHT , GODBLESS, MY BEST FRIEND, WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND WE ALWAYS WILL!!

just came back from ante natal appointment at hospital. had growth scan done and he is estimated at 5lb 14ozs.
so my c section has been brought forward to 4th november at 8am.
My diabetes is under control but still have to keep testing blood and taking tablets.
So nice to see him again , he was head down and sucking his thumb!!
cant wait for him to be born now!!!!!!!!!

Had horrible experience today. I have been monitoring my bloods etc and everything i eat, as i have gestational diabetes.
I had breakfast and lunch and then walked to school to pick up my son from football. While i was waiting i had a hypo, which was really scary and horrible!!
I could hardly see and everything was spinning, felt sick and hot and sweaty!! Managed to walk home and then my husband got me into doctors.
They confirmed i was having a hypo and gave me 3 high strength glucose tablets. I Felt a bit better, then had tea back at home.
But i didnt feel better until today, it has left me with a headache and i am real scared now of this whole diabetic thing!!
Cant wait now until 4 nov and i can hopefully get rid of this diabetes!!! xx

Well Nicolas and I are home from the hosptial, I'm still sore had a c-section, will post picures and a birth story later, he was born Oct 29 @ 10 am weight was 8lbs 2 oz and 21.5 inches long.

so pretty much ladies i am in full blown labor... and i dont know if its cause i never got cramps with my period before... and never really experienced them or what.. but i am in soooooo much pain.. i was at L&D for 3 hours.. and was in pain and wanted to just come home and sleep in my own bed and take a bath since i am only 2cm.. but as i was leaving they said.. "well we will see you later tonight..."
i will keep you all updated.. but wow.. these contractions are hurting sooo much

hey ladies.. so im still here.. fat as ever... well pregnant at least.. but man this contractions are annoying.. cause they dont hurt.. they just get super super tight and it's every 3 mins it seems... but im glad i didnt stay in the hospital... i would rather be spending these early parts of labor at home being able to sleep in my own bed.. but they said he might be coming any moment... but im hoping he makes it til my dr. appt today.. i have a few questions i want to get out of the way before this little boy is born... plus i really dont want him to be a halloween baby!
so hopefully he will come anytime after today/tonight and i will be able to still dress up as juno and hand out candy!

sooo quick question...
were you or are you scared about labor?
after hearing my dr say last night i was in the early stage.. i for some reason like got super scared and nervous about labor... and what not.. and like scared to go through it!
