Well, Ladies....I am back after my yearlong hiatus!!!
Kender is doing well. He is eight months old today and into EVERYTHING. He just started cruising along furniture and opens every cabinet and drawer he can find. He has said "Mama", "hi", and "hey" and just learned to wave bye-bye. He keeps me VERY BUSY because he rarely sits still. We are recovering from the fire that sent me off of i-am-pregnant last year and have recently started renovating an older house on Lake Murray. On the whole life is starting to get back on track and I can't wait to find out what all of my old buddies are up to!!!

Thank you for the encouraging words! I can't wait to at least see the heartbeat. That should be tomorrow if they can pick it up at my 6 week ultrasound. I will feel so much better then. Congrats on the pregnancy! Hope you are feeling well!

Parker is head down. I only know because when I was in the hospital I had like 5 U/S because they thought I was going to have him then. When you say you aren't organized... what do you need to do. Shopping, nursery or just prepare yourself? The only thing that I have done is the shopping part. We aren't doing the nursery yet because the house isn't done yet. It should be done around the same time he is born. He will be in our room the first couple months anyways, so I am not that worried about it. Anything that we have bought is still in the box too. We don't want to unpack anything b4 the house is finished. Don't stress over anything. You will go through your nesting phase and have everything done in 3 days:)

It's about time that you changed up your page a little. Still no belly shots though huh??? They are both so adorable. Aren't you ready for late may/ June? I just want him to be here in my arms. The past few days I have been sleeping till at least 11. It makes my days shorter. Which will bring that due date or whatever mine will be even closer. By the way... Stop obsessing over your butt. It can't be that big. You only need to worry if you start backing up and it goes 'BEEP, BEEP, BEEP.' J/K I woke up with Chris this morning and when I tried to fall back asleep Parker kept tickling my side. It didn't matter what side I was laying on. He has this new thing where he hits my hip bones. Did any bruises show up yet from your kangaroo???

The Doctor said that I would be getting them frequently. As long as I am taking 1-3 pills I am okay. That means that I am not getting them all day long. I asked him if they were causing me to dilate and he said no as long as I catch them in time. They aren't strong enough to do that. Like I said... they are like strong cramps or less. These aren't the motherload contractions that I would experience if I didn't take the pills. I'm sorry Kender is kicking so much. Parker kicks a lot, but they don't hurt. He rolls around more than anything and it just feels weird. I think that he is starting to run out of room b/c he use to kick a lot more, now he just changes his position.

I don't think that you are crazy at all. I am going to try to do it without medicine, but I honestly don't think that I can do it. I am really bad with pain. I cry when I get menstral cramps! I am going to ask my doctor if they provide them at MUSC. My sister-in-law had one and she swears by it. Has your kangaroo given you a break yet? I had bad contractions earlier. If you felt my stomach it felt like a bowling ball, it was that hard. I hope they don't come back!

My friend has recommended her pediatrician she said the he is one of the best but he will be kinda far for me once daniel and i move and here in milford im not sure where any are so i have no clue but i guess that is somthing that i really need to start looking in to! wow all the stuff to think about and do its alot i dont know how the single mothers do it i really do feel for them!

I think that I am having an emotional day. I was watching A BabyStory and Discovery Health Channel and I have cried on every episode. I am talking... Need a tissue crying. I think that it is hitting me that I am going to have a baby soon. It is so weird how u can be so scared of something that u have never experienced b4. If U don't mind me asking... How much is your doula costing ? I thought about getting one, but I am still unsure.

Hahaha... You got a little Joey in your belly huh??? Think of it this way... When we take them out in the boat at we will know that they will learn how to swim quickly. That is basically what they are doing in our belly right now. Parker has this thing where if I lay on my side at night he kicks on the side that is pushed up against the matress. It drives me nuts. I haven't been able to sleep very well lately. I can't complain though b/c I have had no problems with it in the past. No, my mom is staying up in Charlotte. It sucks that I can't see her more. She is going to come out for a 1 1/2 wks when Parker is born, so I can't complain. Can you believe we are 28 wks? It's starting to kick in that I am scared of popping him out. R U???

I dont know what is going one w/ the insurance companys up here ill might go to the guy who delivered me! a girl that i went to school with had him and she said that she really like him so will see my next dr appt is 3/28 and anthem will still cover it. i hope somthing works out!

Dominic was up all night last night and i could not sleep so it made it worse and today im draging butt at work and that will make for a long day! yea im getting scared about the labor and deliver process! and anthem insurance is dropping 9 hospitals in the greater cincinnati area and of course mine is one of them :( but they say as long as im past 4 months i should be fine and my claim should be paid... i dont know if i want to take the chance of them not being paid so i might just swich to another hospital. im just not looking forward to that and being 7 1/2 months pregnant at the end of the month and dealing w/ that!! ARG!

Hey Clarissa... My mom left already. My sister drove her down and she had to work in the morning:( It was great seeing her though. OMG she brought me so much clothes for Parker today. Let's just say btween what I have bought and what she bought us fills up half of our guest w/i closet. He now has 8 pairs of shoes. He'll be the best dressed little boy in w'boro! It doesn't take much though...hahaha! Well, hope you had a great weekend. Talk to you soon!

I'm sorry... The toaster comment is funny bcuz I put stuff in the fridge all the time. I will pour a glass of water and not be able to find it bcuz I put it right back in the fridge. Well, I hope your day gets better. I just stay in bed all day, so I can't get into too much trouble. Good luck!

Hey sweetie... Don't you hate it when your butt becomes the topic of conversation? That's great that you were able to see your family. I am excited to see my mom on Sunday. Are you guys back in SC now? My 2 sister-in-laws came over today and did all my laundry and cleaned the house. It was so sweet. My niece was here too. She is only 1 1/2 yrs old... We told her that there was a baby in my belly and she kept lifting up my shirt and saying 'Baby'. It was the cutest thing.

I slept till 11 so I won't take nap today. I don't know how I slept that late with all the hammering going on with the new house. That makes me feel better hearing about your friend.It just scares me that little man isn't getting enough weight with the risk of early delivery. Well, maybe I'll be back in a bikini by July...YEAH! Call me whenever, You know where I'll be :)
