Hey everyone, sorry it`s been a while but just wanted to let everyone know that Abby Rose Latchford made her entrance on October 31st at 7:44 via c-section, after 26.6 hrs. of labour!!! My theory is that she was just hanging on until Halloween!! LOL Hope everyone and their babies are doing well, Abby is growing like a weed already...somedays I want to wrap her up and put her back in so she stays small forever!! hehehe

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

I'm glad I'm not the only one having more than one baby shower! One of the ladies at my baby shower yesterday asked me why I was having more than one. Some people want to be involved and a part, but can't make it to a Sunday afternoon baby shower. So one of my friends begged me to let her put together a shower. So we're having the one at her house on a Saturday. I'm also having one in Oklahoma City, closer to all my high school and college friend's. My sister is hosting that shower. So I'm having 3 showers, but COMPLETELY different crowds will be at all of them. Yesterdays shower was mainly older women and women from my church. The one at my sister's is going to be FUN and have a younger crowd. The other one is with primarily people my hubby works with and people who couldn't come to my Sunday baby shower.

Glad you got a lot of cool stuff! I did too! Can't wait for my next one!! :)

What did the hospital say it was ??

I know the pain you are talking about. My whole "girly" area hurts when I move. I dread laying down because getting up is torture. I really hate that this is a normal part of pregnancy.

Love78 - Monday, 25 August
My nose gets stuffy too! It seems to be fine until I lay down and then I just cannot seem to breath at all.

OMG!! Where is your mark at? I wonder if I'll be getting any?!?!

vipbaby68123 - Monday, 18 August
yeah, me too. I'll mention it all to my doc when I go.

vipbaby68123 - Monday, 18 August
Yes, that helps. I want to cry sometimes it is so sensitive down there. so, I'm guessing to not worry too much? or should I say something to my doc about it?

In response to your question about pain in your buttock that radiates to your leg, it's definately sciatica. Pretty common during pregnancy but it should get better once the baby is born!! Good luck, hope it's not too painful!

mrscopejunky - Wednesday, 13 August
yep it's sciatica....not sure about the arm pain/numbness...i've been having the same problem the past 2 days, driving me crazy.

baby1@38 - Wednesday, 13 August
Yep...sounds like sciatica to me also. Not a problem except it hurts so bad. I have it on occasion...not very often thank goodness!

babyfever - Wednesday, 13 August
Sounds like you have sciatica, it is where the baby is on your sciatic nerve. I have had it and it totally sux. It can last a couple of days or till the end of your pregnancy, depending on whether or not your baby moves off of it. Swimming helps a lot if you can gain access to a pool.

hello! My family just had my baby shower for me last weekend. They bought little pink votive candles and put them in white organza bags. They tied them shut with pink ribbon and had a small plastic binky charm hanging from the ribbon. They were really cute. My mom said they got everything at A.C. Moore.

JsMomAndOneMoreComing - Friday, 8 August
You're welcome :D

JsMomAndOneMoreComing - Thursday, 7 August
I am making cookies and rice crispie treats for favors. I figured they would be better than some stupid plastic thing to collect dust on people's shelves...

I also saw a cute idea to fill up small baby bottles with jelly beans. If you have a craft store near you like Michaels, I saw them for sale in there with the baby shower stuff too... Or maybe the dollar store... ??

Hope that helps. Also, check out this website http://www.babyshower101.com I found a lot of cool ideas for lots of things on there...

GOOD LUCK

LOL that makes me laugh because I keep having the same argument with my step-mother...she keeps telling me I am only 6 as well, but like jaydsmom said just before me you have fully completed 6 months, so technically you are starting your 7th month....at that point most women say they are 7 months. So like I told my step-mother we are really not crazy!!! LOL I am not sure how to send it to you, but someone sent me a chart about the months and weeks, and it is on my profile it you wanna have a look, or try to cut and paste it......just look through my comments, it's there somewhere, hope it helps!!!

jaydsmom - Wednesday, 30 July
You are fully 6 months pregnant, but in you are in your 7th month. Say you are 25 years old, you could technically say you are in your 26th year of life, because you have done a full 25 years. I hope that made sense :)
