Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Thursday, 3 April Also, regarding your weight gain, I have to agree with kirstin. Although I'd already had 5 kids, before I got pregnant with this one, I was 48kg. But with pregnancy, I've already gained 6 kg (I'm 14 weeks) and expect to gain probably at least 14 more. But I'm confident I can lose it again after delivery, as I have done before. Most important is to eat healthy. Breastfeeding helps shed the weight after baby is born! judi -
Thursday, 3 April I am pregnant with #6 and breastfed all 5 of my precious little ones, although #3 never really took to it and I switched to bottle and solids when she was still very young. Breastfeeding is MUCH more pleasant than pumping!! I had to use a breast pump for my second, as he was 8 weeks premmie and couldn't suck, and I hated it. Painful and degrading. But nursing a baby is a beautiful thing. If you try and don't like it, give it a couple of weeks, and switch to bottle. It's important that both you and Baby are comfortable with whatever feeding method you go with. Alicia23 -
Wednesday, 2 April Hay i breast fed my first child and now with this one i'm going to combine breast and bottle!!!! I have bought the tommi tippee closer to nature breast pump and bottles as the teets on the bottles are designed to be just like mums nipples!!!! I asked my midwife today what she thought and she said they are really good. Hope this helps take care xxx kirstin -
Tuesday, 25 Mar Well, I really wouldn't worry too much about the weight. You don't say how old you are, but of course, the younger you are, I think the easier it is to lose it!! Anyways, I am 27 weeks and I have gained 36 so far so don't feel bad. I am uncomfortable, but my baby is healthy and that's all I care about. I am getting a jogging stroller and walking like crazy after he's born!! I went to Weight Watchers after my daughter was born and lost 65 pounds. Please try not to worry about it right now while you are pregnant. Just take care of that baby and everything will fall into place!! Blessings to you and the little one!!
