wow, sounds like you are doing so well..
ah breastfeeding, yup i am, BUT i have already had an infection ( now cleared up) and still have a cracked nipple to heal so i am expressing from my left side and have been for about 2 weeks now, sucks so bad coz Oliver has to wait sometimes till i express enough milk and he crys and crys!!
So what made you choose Helene as a name? havent heard that name for ages!! Its so nice!
Oliver sleeps about 4-6 hours at a time, we noramlly put him down around 9, then he wakes up about 2, then change and feed and then back down around 3-4 and then he sleeps till about 8...during the day is a bit different. it depends on if i am out and about with him, he sleeps alot, but if i am at home, he has a mid arvo sleep..
So how are you finding it being a mum?
Today i just was so tired, i told hamish that he can look after him all day, all ill do is feed him and change him, so that i can have a long berak and get some sleep. Plus hamish is at work all week and in the weekends he is at home, so it gives them time to bond also...
Did you think Helene was going to be over 9lb when born?

 Oliver loves to sleep the same way...Love the picture... sorry i havent been replying back to you...you know how it is..busy busy with bub..but shes gorgeous!! Shes only a few days younger then Oliver.. so hows everything going? She feeding , sleeping well etc? Breastfeeding?? Are you recovered from giving birth etc? gosh so many questions haha.. hope all is well, and look forward to your reply!

Hi Everyone!! Not sure if you heard about this website but it's called BabiesOnline.com It is a website for Pregnant & New Babies. It's like having a your/their own web page. The good thing is that it can be password protected so you don't have to worry about showing off your little one to just anyone. It's rather cool plus you can invite friends and family to come visit often and see all the new developments with you and your new baby! I love the site and used it after my other 2 son's were born so family that doesn't live close could still watch them grow up. Best wishes to you all and take care!!

Hey there new mommasita! It's funny I like wrote you a BOOK a few weeks ago, then tried to send it and it totally screwed up...I got so mad at it, it has taken me this long to write to you! Basically I said you need to write a letter to the administrator of the hospital you delivered in and tell him or her what you thought about their new policy of baby in mommas room at all times. Being a nurse, I CAN say that it sounds to me like the nurses are too over whelmed with paper work to provide adequate patient care now and are saying it is "beneficial" for baby and momma to be together instead of giving mom the rest and recovery time her mind and body needs before bringing home baby. Sounds like a cut back of nurse responsibility to me with a concentration on the paper work. ANYWAY, need new pics of Helene on here!! How are you doing? I am 28 weeks today and keep telling my husband we need to start painting the baby's room bc the woman making the curtains can't hang them until room is done. It's like talking to a brick wall. I just ate my weight in fruit, which I guess is better than eating the King size Butterfinger bar I was really eyeballing. I also read on my comments that this one girl went for her 20 week big ultrasound only to find out the baby's penis had dissappeared and now it is a girl. Now I am freaked out, even though I have substantial evidence that this child is a boy. I would just have hated to buy a bunch of boy shit only to find out it was a girl. My daughter had gymnastics today which is always a hoot. They just get better the older they get...you are going to have sooo much fun with a girl! Hello hairbows!
