Hey CandyGirl, with regards to c-section many docs especially in the US are quick to go this route with twins. There is still time for one of them to turn, so I think you should still have the choice unless one hasn't turned in the next couple of weeks. I have one head down (baby A) and one breech (baby B). I will be expected to have a vaginally delivery, unless something strange comes up. Good luck and stay strong and tell that little one to turn around!!
