Well, if it doesn't change at all, than maybe its something else but I get those braxton-hicks all the time, just easier to notice when I'm lying down. They last 5 min sometimes. Could be something else, I'm sure nothing to worry about.

When your laying down adn your tummy gets rock hard- those are braxton-hicks contractions. To prepare you for birth! Just so you know.

yeah it was only when it was low... i have never had high blood pressure. Lower blood pressure is ok... if its high its not good!

Hey i just read your comment on the wk 22 page, about the black sparkling dots after blowing your nose.... i get them all the time!! I think it might have something to do with blood pressure, cause i used to get them a few years ago when my blood pressure was low...Thats my guess .. but your definately not see stars alone!

I have seen the dots. Also, twice I've blown my nose first thing in the morning and felt a full on contraction across my middle. I'm told it's normal and just need to not blow so hard. Amazing all of the little things that happen when you're preggo!

how do you know what a contraction feels like? i dont have a clue. but its still hurting today, even worse. last night it was almost unbearable and i wanted to cry it hurt so bad. i didnt go to the dr tho because im just afraid they will say oh you are fine its normal. but it doesnt feel normal to me

wow you sound exactly like me. same due date, mine also a boy, and as i read your comment i had just told my friend that i felt like an elephant was sitting on me! weird. great minds think a like. everyone keeps saying to go to the dr but i have for this same thing a few times already and tits always nothing so i feel like the boy who cried wolf! but the first time i went they actually found i had a placental abruption so i guess it was good that i went. i just dont want to seem like im exaggerating over nothing. the baby is moving a lot still so i am sure he is fine but it just hurts really bad. i cant even eat anything i feel like puking. if it doesnt go away ill go to the dr. thanks tho
