Hi! My name is Carla. I am an army wife to an awesome guy! His name is Josh! SUPER HOTTIE!!!! lol...This is my second pregnancy but first child.....I am at 23 weeks right now and things seem to be going good. I found that i have a rare blood disorder called ITP. An easy way to explain it..is low blood platelets, that is what prevents you from clotting when you get cut....so yes i am a bleeder! lol...right now it is taken care of...and things are looking great. We found out on the 13 of August that we are having a girl.....and couldn't be more excited! I am always up for meeting new people so don't be afraid to say hello!!!! I hope all is well with you ladies :)

Okay so ever since ive been pregnant i have had some weird cravings! I have to chew on a toothbrush! i have bought over 50 toothbrushes cause im constantly chewing on them and then i have to throw them away casue the brissels start falling out. So I was wondering if you ladies had any weird cravings or rutuals like mine?

Added pup pics to my profile, last two! She had 2 Black males and 1 Gigantic Brown female! Took her 10 Hours!!!!! 2nd one had complications....her water broke before delivered so went back in the birth canal, 2nd attempt rest of bag broke and went back in, 3rd time had to help pull out as she was stuck but mom and pups are doing great!

Doc called this evening and my C-section is scheduled for 21 December, unless I deliver early on my own.....if I do it will be an emergency C-Section!

My Dr. appt. went well this morning. Baby weighs approximately 3 lbs, so he gained 1/2 lb in a week!! I passed my Gestational Diabetes test! Eating a Hershey Candy Bar was so much better than drinking that nasty drink. Also, my iron levels were borderline low but I was told to take my prenatals with OJ as it helps with the absorption or iron. On another note I am experiencing hemorrhoids for the first time! It doesn't hurt to go poo, but I always have a huge gush of blood and it sure hurts afterwards. Doc prescribed me something to use for 2 weeks so hopefully that helps. They are internal. My cervix has thinned out so we are just keeping an eye on that.

I made 2, one to give away at the baby shower and the other I am keeping......The first one I did droops a bit in the back but the second one I reinforced the bottom.The site I got the idea from has a bunch of other stuff you can make using diapers!

Hi I saw your mssg and I just wanted to let u know I know how you feel. I too am having a baby for the first time and so far it looks like we probably won't have a shower either. I've been to so many showers, and it was always hard because DH and I were trying to conceive for years. My family is also not nearby, they're in another state too. It's been a hard subject for me as well and I've cried many a times. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
