Hello all! Excellent day today. Bunny Bun had a really great scan this morning and it's official- Bunny is a Girl! We're so happy. Honestly it didn't matter what we were having, only that the baby is healthy. Now it's time to start up the shopping and decorating the nursery. Love and hugs to all and I hope that you're having a good day today. We are!

Hello all. Had a bit of a scare on Tuesday. Headaches, saw those little silvery stars and was light headed all day. I thought I may have been coming down with this flu that's been sweeping the lands-After work I came home to try and lay down, to only become restless and worrisome. I went to triage and found out that I was dehydrated and my blood pressure was up. I felt bad because all day long, I tried to wait it out thinking that my "off" feeling would pass. Eventually it did, however there could have been something more serious happening to us and I didn't heed the warnings. I'm grateful that this was a minor issue and can be avoided in the future by monitoring my salt intake...no protein in the urine and I'm not pre-eclamptic as of this point.

On a more pleasant note, we find out what we are having this Tuesday- can't wait. I think we are having a boy- Daddy wants another little girl. I'm happy either way. We have a couple names picked out. Dante Lee and Nya Belle... I'll post again soon! thanks for taking the time to read my blog!

NT Scan went well today...Bunny Bun is doing well. Wasn't as active as we would have liked to see and that's ok. Melted my heart today, that's for sure.

3/7- WHAT on earth is it with me and mustard? I want it on everything. I `ve never really been a fan, but that `s changed...oh well-I `m sure I `ll get over it.

ahhhh deep breath here. Tuesday during a cervical length measurement ultrasound it was discovered that my cervix was starting to funnel from the inside out. I was consulted on getting a cerclage- which this exact happening was what we were hoping to catch with the biweekly scans- and I elected to have one. We did the works- spinal block-cut away and pushed up part of my bladder to get the stitch up higher and we made it out ok with minimal discomfort. I will tell you this, I knew for a long time that my cervix wasn `t `normal ` and that I was going to have issues with this pregnancy- however my dr `s really didn `t seem to understand what I was trying to tell them. An incompetent cervix/soft mushy cervix like mine doesn `t `look ` incompetent on an ultra sound. It wasn `t until I was on the operating table and they manually examined my cervix were they able to determine that the fibers of my cervix were to flexible they could have put a finger through it right to the baby. This catch in the changes of my body were meant to happen. I believe that angels were watching over us on Tuesday. I pray daily and thank God that this opportunity was given and allowed to be taken. We `re on modified bedrest and will find out this afternoon after my follow up scan if I can return to work on Monday. I `m hoping that I am able to go back. At the very least this baby needs to stay in for 7 more weeks according to the surgeon. I `m not so good at the layng around thing. I will update later on this afternoon.

follow up scan went well. We are able to return to work Monday with very limited activity. The cerclage is in a good position and Bunny Bun is doing well too. Her h/r was 166 this afternoon. To all of those that have shared their cerclage stories and experiences, thank you so much for your input. It helped me become a better health advocate for myself and I appreciate it- we appreciate it so much. Thank you for being around for us. xoxo

i was so shocked when she was born n andy said "oh my god iv got a daughter weve got a daughter izz"
n then she was rushed off to the side for oxygfen as she wasnt breathing

i had the baby FINALLY 15 days late after having 4 prostin tablets and my waters broken she was born after 5 hours of labour and 40 minutes of pushing....

yes thats right i said SHE lol. i got a girly baby and i couldnt be happier shes absolutly adorable, Andy and i called her Amy Felicity as he likes the name Amy and i wanted to call her Felicity after my friends little sister.

ill be putting pics up in a jiffy so keep looking, im gonna be changing my profile lol xxxxxx

Hey Hun! Glad to hear you and baby Nyah are doing well. Sounds like your hubby has been really pitching in and helping out that is wondeful. Charleston has been great too. He's back at work now and we miss having him around but I also enjoy my time with my little munchkin. I'm doing so good! Jordan is so big! Just took pics of my 1 month old chunky baby, I just love his cheeks and kiss and hug him all day long. I know they say that spoils babies but don't care I'm so grateful to have him.

I work for a food service and catering company, we do all the catering for Lambeau, Wrigly Field, Bradley Center and about 100 more sports arenas and convention centers.. I'm a regional HR director so I have 1/2 the country (not really a region, huh?)LOL! anyway, I love what I do and I was happy that when Charleston and i got married and I moved to Wisconsin, they allowed me to office from home,since he works for the company as well. It's a blessing girl. I'm still freakin out about this whole nanny thing, even though it's only 4 days a week and I will be here, it's just wierd to have someone other than us with our baby. I have a few mre months to go before I have to go back to work so I'm trying not to worry about that. What happened wth your job search?

Wow that's wonderful! Business owner huh? Well then you stay put! LOL! When he gets the power, tell him to go remote or open an Arlington location so I can start working there! LOL! (I know, that sounds funny, but I am sooo serious!) I haven't been to any pizza places. In fact, I only had Pizza Hut once since I've been here and I only ate one slice then. My cravings haven't really called for pizza. They go by weeks, and I was on a hotwing kick for about 2 weeks straight. I hit up ALL the hotwing joints girl: Wing Street, Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, and my #1 favorite, Winghouse! This week (well since Wednesday), it's been TGIFriday's loaded potato skins with extra bacon and their strawberry lemonades! I went yesterday and drank about 3 glasses! Daddy would KILL me if he knew I was eating that junk all the time. I've actually had to sneak and go a few times so he wouldn't yell at me! LOL!

Yeah I hear breastfeeding helps you lose weight faster! That's definitely the route i'm trying to take. He's been on 2 interviews so far, one more Monday. He's really into sales, so I'm sure he'll be working before the month is over seeing that there are sooo many sales jobs. Have you ever thought about moving back to Arlington? Not sure if me and you ever talked about that before. I need some friends! LOL! I'm sure when I start working I'll get some regular people to hang with. I like it out here, but would like it more if I had a girl to kick it with and help me look at baby stuff! All my friends are back in Milwaukee.

LOL! Now you look at those pics and tell me if I'm "fluffy"?! LOL! I tried to hide it for the first 3 interviews and I did well (wore a thick black belt); they just chose other candidates. Then I didn't get anymore interviews for like a month. By then, I was too big to hide it, but I wasn't going to NOT try. So I attempted the thick belt thing, but I just couldn't pull it off anymore. I know they noticed because they were turning me down for jobs that I know I was qualified for; had the managers laughin and everything. They LOVED me! But they saw my belly. They never outright said it, but I know that's why they didn't take me. So for now, a receptionist will have to do. I'm thankful for it cuz it's better than nothing, but it'll only be til I go on Maternity leave.

Wow.. that's amazing!! I can't wait for Bryson to sleep through the whole night. He usually get's up about every 4 hours. How much does she weigh now? Bryson is up to 8.5lbs! I can't believe it! I also can't believe that he's going to be a month old on Sunday.. time really flies! :'(
