Let's see--I'll start by telling a bit about our little family unit. My husband, Jesse, and I were high school sweethearts. We dated all through college, and just recently got married on September 8th, 2007. We dated for almost 8 years (but what can you do when you meet when you're 16 and 18!). I'll take a moment to say that I'm so thankful to have my husband in my life--he's my best friend and absolutely wonderful (certainly not perfect) but wonderful still! :) We had our first little one on Saturday, October 18th, 2008. His name is Jackson David ("Jack"). He has such a sweet and calm disposition, and we might be biased, but we think he's absolutely precious! :)

Well, my profile was getting ENTIRELY too long, so I decided to move all of my previous posts to blog form! So I suppose from this point forward I'll just post blogs with updates from my week!

just a little update on Madisyn. she is 5 MONTHS today... she is rolling all over, eating solid foods, talking like crazy, starting to creep with her arms and legs...can't figure out how to get them to all work at the same time....but she'll get there...she's FINALLY sleeping thru the night too. goes to bed around 930 n sleeps till around 630-7. also, i posted some
new pics!

i love when they smile in their sleep--i get the biggest, goofiest smiles from max just after he eats and falls into his half awake/half asleep state!

Just an update, My baby ticker says that at 29 weeks baby should be nearly 3 lbs. Ha ha. I had my appointment two weeks ago and my baby girl weighed in at 2 lbs 4 oz. 11-12-08 she is weighing in at 3 lbs 4 oz, :)

The doc says at this rate she could be a
7 1/2 - 8 lb baby... Wish me luck ladies.

Blog update: I am doing better after my whole hemorrhaging ordeal; I think my body is trying to heal now and I can focus on enjoying my new baby boy. I did have a terrible L&D and of course the post delivery complication but the outcome was a beautiful baby boy who is my everything. Thanks to all who have said kind words of support to me through the past week and congratulations to all of you who have given birth or soon to be giving birth. This site has been such a support to me during my pregnancy; I think it made my pregnancy easier going through it with all of you on here to talk to.

Lol, thanks! I just get SOOO fed up with everybody's comments. Just this evening I spent some time with a few family members, and I now feel like a complete freak with my big belly. Sigh.....I hope he comes soon!
