Hello! My husband and I are expecting our first child in August. We found out it's a boy, and we are naming him Carter. We have a pug puppy named Nigel, and he is 10 months old. Thus far our little boy is measuring very large. We have an ultrasound on July 2nd to see just how big he is. Neither me nor my husband are large people, so this comes as a shock. Hopefully, he won't hit the 10lb mark while in the womb. :)

the 9 weeks will be over before you know it! Before i got pregnant i remember telling my husband how we would have almost a year before the baby would be here. Wow! This pregnanct has gone so fast! We will have our little ones in our arms before we know it! Ready or not they are coming! I am excited!

Me too..thats what making me nervous..well, i plan to do a transportation theme(probably helicopter/plane), not sure yet..got the crib, changer, dresser, diaper pail and other stuff, all I need is a room to put it in,lol. I havent done a 3d yet, I thought about it but its kind of expensive and I'm wondering if its going to be worth it or just wait till the birth, I dont know!!

Wow, thats big!!! I guess I measured correctly, my doctor never tell me how much I measure, but then again I never asked,haha!!! Well, I'll be giving birth in Ocshner Hospital in Jefferson Hwy. I am having my next ultrasound on the 2nd of June, cant wait to see him again. I am getting nervous about the labour though. I love your baby nursery, mine's not done yet, we still have painting to do after that I can start working on it.

Thank God there's someone else in the same position as me,haha...In the beginning I was really worried, but I have a different attitude now, the heck with it :), pregnancy should be the time when you dont have to worry about weight at all..Thanks for the comment. Good luck to you too.

I have this sort of pain as well and it usually comes on after I have been laying down or sitting too long. I don't think it goes away but I have found that if I lay down with a pillow between ny legs or sit on top of a pillow then it doesn't hurt as bad. another thing that helps with the pain "down there" is to get up and down slower than usual. I hope this helps you.

Hi-I know what you mean about the emotional breakdown! Maybe it was because it was Mothers Day that everything seemed out of proportion but my husband said something that set me off and it has taken two days for us to work through it! It is embarassing at times, but also humbling. I have one other friend who has twin girls, almost 2 yrs old, and a new little baby boy, who also had a horribly emotional Mothers day-I felt better after talking with her and knowing that I was not the worst mum in the world, just dealing with the same hormones every other pregnant woman is!
