So much for a m/c- baby is ok - 12 weeks today, crazy!
THIS IS MY 2ND ANGEL! My 1st baby was stillborn at 34 weeks due to pre-eclampsia, if he were still alive he would be 3 and a half now. R.I.P Edward! I WILL NEVER STOP LOVING YOU! xxx

Only a few days old, wow he has grown!
(Newborn size is wayyyyyyy too big its funny)
Born 10th November 07 @ 5:44am
So we went in on the 9th of November to be induced, when we got there I was already have very painful natural contractions and only about 5 mins apart, this went on for a few hours before they decided the would actually help us out and induce it, 12 hours on Im am in so much pain, no pain releif at all and regular contractions from the time we arrived... By this time Im just so over this, so much for the 2nd being faster, BULL! My 1st was 12 hours from start to finish... finaly I got an epidural, after begging! was pointless as it lasted for a whole 30 mins, I had it topped up 3 times and nothing!
My contractions got to 2 minutes apart then stayed at that the last few hours, I couldnt even gather energy to breathe by this time, all of a sudden I felt him coming, Me and my husband were freaking out as no one was there with us, the nurses were totally hopeless, one of them finaly decided to pop in for all of two seconds (AND only cos we asked) to quickly glance down there and say ohhh no thats just abit of blood, she didnt even bother to slap on some gloves and check! 'NO PLEASE! HE IS COMING OUT!' ...not even 2 seconds later she left the room so I felt down there myself, it was his head alright, I wasnt going to wait for them again so I began pushing, about a minute later his head was half out, Alex was running out screaming at them 'she is having the baby' they took their grande old time not beleiving it, 'no no, you wont have him until Monday' (Induce me on Friday, break my waters and you expect him to wait till then are you fucked in the head, mind the language but my god!) she came in to 'check me out' again, seeming so pissed at us that we broke her freaking girly chat about what they were going to do for the holidays.... only to see his head 3/4 of the way out, they all rushed in dont push dont push wait wait!, one big push and he was out! Me and my husband gave birth by ourselves! I could have killed them had I enough energy! I wasnt the only one stressed out poor Gabriel was freaking out, he had actually made a bowl movement inside of me and started breathing it, they rushed him up to the NICU where he stayed for 3 days whilst they flushed everything out, also not one nurse told me this had happened, it was the doctor in intensive care who was looking after Gabriel who did, so not impressed, I dont know what the hell I would have done without my husband there! he looked after me the whole time, changed my bed pan a million times, tried to keep my mind off things, he was wonderful!
Besides having such a shitty ass labour, I love my little guy to bits!!!!!!!
He is breastfeeding well, we got it right 1st try! so pleased
SOOOOO GLAD TO BE HOME!
<3
FOR THOSE WITH GD
With having GD I was told that he would be a big baby, the day before I gave birth I had a sonogram they told me he was weighing in at close to 8lbs, I was worried! Goes to show they REALLY dont know huh, my lil guy was only 6.5lbs! so dont freak out about the 'large baby' deal! You just dont know
His 1st and only real screaming fit so far lol shameeeeeeeeee right in front of the nurse before we got to take him home lol! die die! (He has cried for all of 2 mins since he was born its amazing!)

My hubsand pretending to be shocked by our jumping online the second we got in the door lol
*Glee!*
AM BEING INDUCED ON THE 8TH! :D
UPDATE: 8th Nov
Today I was ment to be induced....I went in at 8am had an NST (non-stress-test/ testing heart rate, babys movements etc) all was good so from there I went in to the sonogram room to have my amniotesis done (sp? which is a test of the amniotic fluid to see if the babys lungs have matured so they can induce the labour)
This is the test:
I have never felt pain with needles, ever and beleive me I have had MANY and in many diff places, especially when my vains collapsed after having Edward (having your neck stabbed for 45 minutes untill it is black and blue is pain trust me) but NOTHING compared to what I felt today, my eyes actually 'watered', it took 2 doctors to preform the test which actually looked more like surgery, the full on green sheets the mountains of betadine, at 1st it was just an insanely uncomfortable experience UNTIL Gabriel decided to wake as I bloody knew he would and proceed to kick the needle inside me, you could see the needle bending on the scan/sono, it felt like it was going to snap inside of me, ouch ouch OUCH That is something I never want to do again! After that trauma it was back off to have another NST as the test can be quite dangerous, but thankfully if anything goes wrong everyone is waiting to preform an emergency c-section, thankfully he is ok and we were told to go home and the doc would call and confirm the lung maturity (the doc who did the test could see that it was perfect by the 'flakes' in the fluid) but you still have to wait for lab results anyways... Doc called all is good so its back in at 9am to be induced
FOUND OUT AT 34 WEEKS I HAVE GD!
your beautiful
so cute. love it.
