Hey, how are you feeling. My stuffy nose has finally died down a bit... I just drink tons of water during the day and it helps for the night.

I thought I was feeling the babes earlier but it was pretty early on so I doubt it was them. Last night though I had my first pokes from Twin B! One month until we find out the sex.

My next appt is April 8th. I just get to hear the heartbeat and measure. They will only ultrasound if they can't find the heartbeats. Not looking forward to the weigh in!! :) Take care!!

Oh, I know! I have heard some really sad stories on here about the problems some people have. One girl lost her twins, both in the first trimester too. I'm not sure what happened I didn't want to push her for info. Ugh! Another girl found out that both of her twins may have open spinal cords. She is not much further than we are. I could worry all day if I gave into it. I guess I just have to be thankful for every day that I get. No guarentees that I will finish the race. We can just do our best and thats all we can do! I do a lot of praying about it too. Hey, it can't hurt! The good thing is, that there are way more good stories than the bad ones. We are more likely to sail through this. I totally want a doppler too but my hubbs said we will get to hear their heartbeats for the rest of our lives when they come out, until then enjoy the mystery. I still want one, its doesn't look like I will get one though. My friend bought a cheapie one at the store and she said it was a waste, even at 9 months she had a hard time finding the heartbeat. Congrats to you also, its so amazing that we're having twins, I feel so lucky and extemely excited. Just trying to think o f names now, oh what a nightmare. Saw my midwife the other day and she said i'll have to plan on leving work earlier now, I was thinking end of July when i'm 31 weeks. How about you?

Hey congrats to you too! And thanks for your message. Yes it is all a bit scary and strange - but we are starting to get used to it. And everyone around us is just so insanely excited about it that the excitement is starting to rub off on us too now. We don't know if our twins are identical or not - but are in separate sacks. Will have our second meeting with midwife on tuesday. Very cool. xxx

I have bad news.

Went for the scan on the 25th and there was no heartbeat...my baby has died.
I have to go into hospital on friday because it hasnt come out of me.
I dont know how i'm going to get through this.xxxxxxx

I have heard of people having the metalic taste but I don't have that, just the blahs. I am also a weeing machine too! It feels like I will wet my pants and then hardly any comes out. I get a million times a night too. I am hooked on potatoes! Can't stop! How much have you gained so far. I hope I don't offend you by asking? I am up 10lbs, I don't know if it is normal or not? I am super sleepy tonight, must be the rainy weather and full tummy. Take care!! Enjoy those flutters!

Ugh! I was home from work today sick too. Nausea and everything else thats no fun. Why is it the only stuff that sounds good is bad for me. The other night I was desperate and went to the grocery store just to walk around and see if anything even looked good. All of my friends had babies years ago but somehow there always seems to be someone who needs to clean out their garage. I bought my 2nd crib off of 'craigs list' and they wanted to unload some clothes too! Strangers. Free is always good. If they were yucky I would just give them to charity but they were really nice! The girls I work with are loading me up too. Somebody always has a friend of a friend that wants to clean out their gear. I hope you are feeling better soon! House hunting is a big pain. There are a million for sale here in the US. Big housing crisis. Good luck with the hunt! That will be fun to have a new place to bring your babies home to! Feel better soon!!

How are ya feeling?? I hope you had a good easter!! Chocolate still isn't on my good side yet, but I think I am getting closer. We went to go see the inlaws and have dinner and show the ultrasound pictures. That was fun!!! My sister in law gave us a big box of gender neutral baby clothes left from her two babies. Fun!! Heartburn is my big battle now. I keep waiting for that flutter, still nothing yet. Take care!!

The week I was fertile I walked on the beach a bunch with my dogs at least 2 hrs a day. All that jumping around and walking must have shook an extra egg loose for me too. My hubby takes all the credit, male ego. Ya gotta love it. I think it was in the saltwater taffy! Happy easter!!!!

I can't even imagine what it is going to feel like with the boxing match in there! I don't think I will be able to go to work or get anything done! :) I will just want to sit around and feel them and obsess about how cool it is. That is when I think I will start to feel pregnant. Right now I just feel fat! My grand father on my moms side was a twin but thats it in my side. How fun for you to have it so big in your family the next time you get preggo it could be double again or more!! That is so cool! I think mine was just a glitch in the system. They say when you turn 35 you have more of a risk of kicking out more than one egg and I think we concieved on my 35th birthday! Weird huh!! I am having fun wearing maternity stuff though! Are you in the maternity stuff yet? I am happy to hear you are feeling a little better! YaYY! Enjoy! :) :)

I have no idea what I am doing over easter weekend,probably make easter nests with fin and make pictures with googly eyes and glitter!

I'm off all the time now anyway so it'll be harder for me in a sense cos I'll have lee and fin at home to entertain!Cant wait for the eggs though,I think i'm only getting one which is good because my waist line doesnt need any encouragment!!

Well we have had a big talk and he has started to read that pregnancy book my mum bought for him and I think we'll be ok.He says he just needs to adapt and get used to the change but he wants to be a dad and and he loves me and fin and he apologised for acting so selfishly.

He isnt going on holiday in july now with the lads...he's said he'll take me somewhere instead which is nice.I'm still worried but at least he's said he'll try.
He also said that he knows when the baby is here that things will be totally different and its the fear of the unknown that frightens him too.
Fingers crossed all will be ok.
So how are you feeling?I am feeling just as tired!!

I am sorry you are still feeling yucky! I have more than a bump, its like a small watermelon. I don't know what the deal is but I feel HUGE! My hubby teases me and says I will tip over here soon if I keep going at this rate. I keep catching him stareing at it! Its so cute! We are having fun with all of the changes. He rubs my back and runs for the garbage can when I am laying in bed dry heaving. Luckily its not as often now, a couple of days ago. I can't wait until this gets fun with them moving around. That will be the fun part for me, I can't wait!!!! I hope you feel better soon!!

So I hope you are doing better. We had a great night away from the kids (including mostly both days) and I worked this am so it was a good long stretch for me... the longest ever I think. I really needed it as I think my patience tank has been filled up and I can handle anything they through at me again.

So I have been having nasal stuffiness... yuk... and it makes me breathe through my mouth at night so I get so dry and it wakes me up and drinking water doesn't help. Hope you don't get that.

That is sooo cool you can feel them! I am so happy for you! My hubby doesn't want to find out but he said its ok if I find out and not tell him. He wants to be surprised. We have so much boy or girl stuff in the closet he would never know wich they were just by looking in the kids room. I've been stocking up! Are you going to find out? My nausea is always worse after my vitamin. I am now a big fan of these chocolate protein shakes. The dr said I have to get at least 112 grams of protein a day, but not to use the workout shakes. That seems like a lot so I suppliment it with the protein shakes. Some of them have a million extra vitamins that would be too much for the babies. I guess the adkins advantage protein shakes are good. I have one at night and one in the morning. Mine is a powder and a different brand. If the ingredient list is just an inch long its a good one, if its longer its a workout shake. Thats all I know! I hope you feel better soon!!! Take care!!!

Yeah we live together.We have only been together for about 18 months...not a very longtime really.But everything was so right between us and solid,I never would of put myself in such a position if I wasnt sure.

He is scared and I understand that but in the mean time he's making my life impossible.He is going away in May and again in April with his friends and yesterday he told me he's going on another lads holiday in July.I said thats not fair,and he told me to stop being so selfish..
I dont think I am but he's like well when the baby comes I am not gonna have anytime its gonna awful I'll be chained to the house so I may aswell do everything I want now before my life is over.
If you had to deal with that everyother day how would you feel?
He is like a different person lately,I just hope its maybe a phase and he'll stop.

The next appt is just a check up for me. Last time they couldn't find the heartbeat, so I got a scan.. that is the only way I will get a scan this time.

I dont know when I am going back really.I think its kinda up to me as my doc says he'll sign me off for however long I want...It just depends on my pay,right now I'm on full sick pay but but at the end of march if I only get ssp I will have to go back cos I cant afford to live on that.

I feel like absolute crap today,me and my bf keep arguing and I dont think he actually wants this baby and its tearing us apart.I dont know what to do.All we do is argue constantly and I cant take it anymore.He says he wants his freedom still and be able to please himself and want the baby but he cant do that.A family doesnt work that way...he is being so selfish.Its been like this since day one really but as the weeks go on he gets worse.he is 36 and I dont understand how some one can act so imature and selfish!!??

Sorry to rant at you...I just feel like I want to bang my head against the wall right now.

Hey girl, how was the weekend? god mine was great. i finally have my strenght back and can clean and iron and stuff like that without been exhausted.

Ian is starting a new job next week closer to home but he has to spend 4 weeks training in Dublin which is 5 hours away so he will be gone during the week for 4 weeks. We are dreading it but it will be worth it all in the end!!

I know imagine 2 of everything. that actually is a bit scarey for me. it would cost a fortune. I was in my parents on Sun and my mam is convinced i am having twins because i am so big but i am not that big and she is a great one to imagine!!! will you have the space for everything in your house?

well come on did you buy anything nice the weekend? i stil have not bought one thing!

My scan tomorrow and i cannot wait ahhhhhh hope all is ok!

i know i was thinking that alright. it is hard to naturally deliver twins and some times they come early too. did you have natural labour on Freya?

WoW!!Congrats!! I am so happy to hear you have twins too!!Mine have their own sacks too! I was just saying to another girl how I haven't met anyone who wasn't sharing a sack with twins, now there is 3 of us! Have you felt them move yet??? Do you still battle the nausea much?
