Hi! My name is Chasity and this is our first child. My fiance Donny and I have been together for 5 years. I have had three previous miscarriages and am hoping that this one goes better! So far it has! This is the first pregnancy with a heartbeat and yolk sac! This is the farthest I have ever been so wish me luck! I am due January 25, 2008!

My birth story~

So I haven't updated my page in a while so I thought I better do it!! She is finally here!! I started having really bad contractions on Saturday January 26th. We went to the labor and delivery and was only dilated to a one so they sent me home. I tried to get some rest but by 3:30 a.m. I was hurting so bad that we decided to go back to Labor and Delivery. I was then dilated to a 1 1/2 and was having strong contractions so they decided to keep me. I had the epidural when I was dilated to a 3. After the epidural I started to dilate faster! After I got to 10 I pushed for 30 minutes and she was finally here!!! I had Jaidyn Hope at 7:30 p.m. on January 27th (two days after my due date!lol!!) She weighed 7 lbs 1 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long!! She is perfect in every way and much more than I expected!!! She is so beautiful!!

January 25th

40 weeks today!! And still no baby yet!lol! I went to the doctor on the 23rd and I am still not dilated! Her measurements and heartbeat are great! She now weighs about 7 1/2 pounds! I go back to the doctor on Monday and if I am dilated then they are going to induce me! If I am not dilated then Friday they are going to induce me one way or the other! I can't wait until she gets here! I am having contractions so hopefully I will start to dilate!

January 18th

39 weeks!!! I went to the doctor yesterday, and my cervix is really low but still no dilating!! She is not ready to come out!lol! Her measurements and heartbeat were great! I weighed 148 today so I have actually lost two pounds! That makes the total weight gain 50 pounds now! Don't know how that happened! I think the doctor is going to induce me Wednesday if she isn't here before then! Hopefully I will start dilating! I can't wait until she is here!

January 3rd

37 weeks tomorrow!! I went to my OB visit today. I have been having some light contractions but no major ones. I still haven't dilated!! She is head down now so that is good!! She keeps her foot in my ribs and she stays on my right side! I can't wait until she gets here! I now have to go to the dr. twice a week to check for dilating. Her measurements and heart beat were perfect!! I weighed 150 today!!! WOW!!

December 22nd

I went back to labor & delivery for more fetal monitoring. I have protein in my urine but my dr. told me to take it easy because it wasn't as bad as it could be. Jaidyn was kicking like crazy! She hates those monitors on my belly!lol! I can't wait until she gets here!

December 21st

35 weeks!!! I went to my regular ob appointment today and they found protein in my urine. I had to go to labor & delivery for tests and fetal monitoring. I have to go back tomorrow for more tests and they are checking my urine for 12 hours. The dr. thinks I may have toxemia/preclampsia due to the protein and I have some swelling. One good thing is my blood pressure was normal!! I was having contractions but no dilating. Can't wait to go back tomorrow for the test results! Wish me luck!!

December 7th

33 Weeks!! I just got back from the doctor. He has me coming in every week now! I found out that she isn't head down yet. The doctor didn't seem to worried about it though! She is moving more now! It seems like some days she barely moves and other days she won't quit moving!lol!! I am so ready for her to get here!!

November 28th

I went to the doctor today. Her heart rate and everything was great! I had to go to Labor and Delivery so they could monitor her for a few hours. She hasn't been moving as much here lately. As soon as Labor and Delivery hooked up the monitor to her she went bananas!! She was trying to kick the monitor off! I go back to the doctor on Friday.

November 14th

Well I don't have gestational diabetes!!! I am so happy, one less thing for me to worry about!!lol! I had my first baby shower on November 11th! We got all kinds of cute things for her! I am having another one on November 18th for my fiance's mothers friends. I can't wait to see what all we get for her!! I posted some pictures from the first one- check them out!! We got her some earrings, a ring, and a bracelet at the first shower! They are so cute!! Hope everyone is doing good! I can't sleep! It seems like I am up every hour trying to get comfortable! But one good thing--Not much longer!!! I can't wait until she is here!!!

November 8th

The doctor's office called back today regarding my glucose testing. It came back high for the second time! Ugh!! I go Monday for the three hour test. I am hoping that I do not have gestational diabetes! Has anyone else ever had this??Please let me know how it turned out!

November 2nd

28 weeks!! I went back to the doctor today. I have now gained 37 pounds!! At least it is mostly all belly!lol!! I had to get my glucose retested today because it came back borderline high last time. Hope I don't have gestational diabetes. That drink they make you drink tastes like a flat orange crush-ugh!! It wasn't very good!lol! All of my measurements were perfect!:) my little girl is getting big!! I can't wait until she is here!!! The doctor said that if I go into labor after 8 weeks then they won't stop it! That seems so close!! It is crazy at how fast the time has went!! Hope everyone is doing good!

October 19th

26 Weeks!!! I went to the doctor for my appointment today! I have now gained 30 lbs.!! My little one is moving around like crazy now! I felt her get the hiccups the other day and it was the neatest thing!! She didn't like them too much because then she started kicking like crazy!!lol! Everything seems to be going good! My back has started to hurt a lot, I am guessing from all of the weight gain. But the cramping has eased up quite a bit! It is crazy to think that I only have 14 weeks left!!! I hope it flies by like the last 26!!!

October 10th

I am almost 25 weeks!!YAY!! I went to Labor & Delivery last night. I was having a little bit of cramping and pains. Good news--It wasn't contractions! (which I didn't think it was but my fiance wanted to double check!) The bad news- I am carrying her so low that the pains will probably keep continuing. But at least she is doing great! We have decided on a name for her--Jaidyn Hope. I love the meaning of Jaidyn-(God has heard) and after all of the miscarriages I truly believe that he has heard and answered our prayers!

September 21st

22 weeks!! Well we had the ultrasound today!!! IT'S A GIRL!!! She was showing off her girl parts! She weighs a little over 1 pound! The doctor said everything looks perfect! We are so excited! Her heartbeat was 167 bmp. Our little one is definately growing and so am I! I have gained 22 pounds!

September 1st

I haven updated in a while so here goes... I have been on bed rest for the last two weeks with the round ligament pains. Yesterday I started to haev some cramping so I went to the ER. They admitted me in the Labor and Delivery because I was having contractions. I have to be on bed rest and they gave me some medicine to stop the contractions. This little one is ready to come out! Hope it can wait just a while longer!

August 17th

I went back to the doctor today for my appointment. I am still having the pains. He has me on bed rest until next Friday when I go back to see him! I am going crazy on bed rest!lol! The baby's heart rate was 167 today! It was moving around in there! I think I felt it move the other day! I am ready to feel it again!lol! Wish me luck!

August 13th

I went back to the doctor today with the same pains in my lower abdomen. I'm not sure what they are but they are pretty painful! The doctor said it could be an urinary tract infection or round ligament pain. He game me some antibiotics and put me on bedrest until Friday when I go back. Hopefully they will go away!

July 31st

I had to go to the doctor today. I was having some pains in my belly. I am blessed with round ligament pain! At least it is nothing out of the normal! I was scared!! The baby's heartbeat was 140 and it was moving around like crazy!! I can't wait until I can feel it!

July 30th

My brothers girlfriend had their baby! It was a girl and she weighed 8 lbs and was 19 inches long! They named her Zaida Nicole! She is soo cute! I can't wait until my little one is born!

July 27th

I went back to the doctor today. Everything is going great!! My naseau and sickness is starting to ease up! Thank Goodness! I have now gained 7 pounds!!

July 11th

I updated the ultrasound pictures! Look in my photos! They are so neat!!

July 10th

I went to the ER today because my dr. was out of town and the other Dr. couldn't see me. I think I have a stomach flu. Everything comes back up! This is very different from morning sickness so I think that it is some kind of flu. The ER did an ultrasound to make sure the baby was fine. There on the screen was our little bundle of joy going crazy! It was jumping and doing flips! We got a really good picture of it's profile! It is sooo cute! The heart beat was 148. The Dr. said that was great! The baby is measuring 11 weeks and 6 days instead of 11 weeks and 4 days! We are so happy! I will try to post the ultrasound picture!

July 6th

We went to the doctor today. He did the heartbeat with the doppler again! He said that everything seemed to be going great! We are so excited! I go back on July 27th for another appointment. My dr. will not do another ultrasound until I am 20 weeks! That seems so far away! So far so good though! I am ready!

July 2nd

I went to the doctor today, I had a shooting pain from the left side of my rear down to my foot! Every time I put pressure on my foot it hurt so bad! Turns out it is my Sciatic nerve. I didn't think that it started this early in pregnancy, but I guess it does! We got to hear the heart beat on the Doppler today! It was so neat! It sounded really fast so everything is going great! My bb's still are really sore but the doctor prescribed something for the nausea! Hopefully it works! I go back to the doctor on July 7th hopefully he will do an ultrasound!

June 26th

I am not having a lot of pregnancy symptoms! I don't have morning sickness a lot but I stay nauseated all day long it seems like! I have gained 6 pounds! I go back to the doctor on July 6th! They are going to do the Doppler to see if we can hear the heartbeat! Wish me luck!!
