My husband and I welcomed our first child on April 18th, 2008. We are now pregnant with our second due on Jan 29th. I have had a wonderful pregnancy so far...well complication free although I am not one to enjoy pregnancy :) I cannot wait to meet number two. I am sure my life will be caotic for a bit, having 2 under 2, but it will be so worth it!

Hello! Yes, I live right across the hwy from Lake Quinault and see it as soon as I go out my front door. It is a very beautiful area, but, I am new here and it takes some getting used to. The owner of The Lake Quinault Resort, on the north shore, is the baby's father. I only just moved here the first of September from three hours away, so it gets very lonely and boring. Of course, I am used to the rain having been born and raised in Southwest Washington, but not this much. We have had several power outages and I am definitely not looking forward to the weather getting worse. We couldn't even use the toilet when the power was out because we are on a well with an electric pump... anyway, yes, I have to go to Aberdeen for pretty much everything and it does get old. My doc says to come in right away when I go into labor, this being my 3rd, and us living a ways away. My name is Emilee, it's nice to "meet" you... we are due on the same date!
