Well hello everyone... I'm currently 18 weeks 2 days and doing very good. I thought I got lucky by not having any morning sickness or anything bad at all until I got the itchy red bumps :( I started with them on December 5th on my lower legs, by the 6th they'd moved up to my thighs and tummy and by the 7th I had them on my back too... Their not red rashy looking until I itch them then you can tell their there.. This is my first pregnancy and well we wanted two kids total but I can tell you now that if this is what I'm going to go through with the next pregnancy, forget it.. I still have 4 1/2 months to go and their not getting better, I'd rather have morning sickness.. At least you know there's an end..

My husband and I have been together for 7 1/2 years and still going strong, we were married on 09-09-06 outside by a lake.. I came in on a pontoon with my dad and the girls standing up with me.. We went with a camoflauge themed wedding and of course we had to get married outdoors!

We're having a baby boy!!! We found out December 20th what we were having. He's been extremely active lately, kicking alot! I wake up in the middle of the night and notice he's awake then too, he's kicking me and rolling around or whatever it is that they do in there. So far I've gained probably 6-7 pounds and my tummy definately looks pregnant, none of my jeans fit me anymore.

Well I went to the doctor on Friday and she checked my cervix.. Not quite 1 centimeter yet, but almost.. She guesses my lil guy to weigh appx 7 - 7.5 lbs now. I started loosing my mucous plug 1 week ago Saturday, so I'm hoping he'll be here within the next week. I'm having a natural birth, the way I see it ladies is it's going to hurt no doubt about it but it will only hurt for a little while. I feel the pain is part of the birthing experience and I want to be in total control of what I'm doing.
