My name is Cristy, I am 31 years old and work as an insurance agent and also teach dance. My husband Ken is also 31 and is a physical therapist. We were married on May 25, 2002. Last year we decided it was time to bring a baby into our little family (well, Ken was ready much sooner than I was!) and started trying. After 11 months, I finally got my BFP on 4/30/07! We were so happy and shared our news with our parents two weeks later on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I m/c on 6/3/07. We were completely devastated. It has been difficult to deal with but we are hoping to try again soon.

1/3/2008- Today is my birthday. Blah! It is very depressing since I would have been due next week if I hadn't had the m/c. It doesn't help that I am still not pregnant again. Right now I am waiting for the cyst I have on my ovary from the Clomid I took last cycle to go away before we can move on to a new drug. I am trying to be hopeful about the new year!
1/14/2008- I am now on to another cycle, this time taking letrozole (femara). I really hope this is what works! The pharmacist was a little reluctant to give it to me at first because it isn't actually to treat infertility, but I know of many, many women who have used it this way. After explaining why I am taking this instead of the clomid again, he understood the reason for it, handed it over and wished me luck. I go back to the RE on Saturday to get monitored to see how the follies are progressing.
2/4/2008- BFN. *sigh* I figured as much. I'm not sure what we are going to do now.
2/11/2008- We are doing one more cycle of letrozole and then... well, I don't know. Fingers crossed!
3/7/2008- BFN. Yet again. No surprise, really. We are on a break for an indefinate amount of time.
5/28/2008- I had another m/c today. I was 7w6d along. I cannot believe this happened again. I don't think we are ever going to have a baby.
7/20/2008- We recently got the results back from the genetic testing and all the blood work I had done. All came back normal. We have no answers for anything. But we are back to trying, sort of, for now...

Well ya know, I think I still have my special testing stick when you get that positive and just want to make sure!!! I'm feeling good except for my back...it's been achy off and on for several months, but today, I feel like it's period cramps. I hope that's nothing bad. 10 more weeks and I still worry!! With Dylan, my water broke and with Carson I was induced....I don't know if I know what REAL labor will be when it starts, or WHEN to get to the hospital. Well, you're still in my thoughts and prayers...I hope it's your month.

The boys don't say too much, but they are talking about her more and really referring to her by her name. I think they're excited. Last night they were both fighting over a star wars pillow case Doug had had as a child (OLD!)....I mean they were crying. Finally they had to sleep together so they could share it. I told them at least there won't be three in their bed because I don't think Bria will like it!!

Hey, I understand how you're feeling around this time. Last April was so difficult for me...Babies were popping up everywhere around me! Hang in there...it's a new year and hopefully things will start off right for you. You know that IT WILL HAPPEN...it's just the waiting that is so hard. It took me almost 2 years this time through everything. Stay positive and keep praying!

Yes, we had a good New Years Eve....just stayed in with the boys...they both stayed up after 12:00, it was me that was ready for bed. Keep me posted on what's going on...you know my lips are sealed! I have everything picked out for the nursery....just waiting to begin until after my ultrasound on Monday. I begged him to do another just to reassure me SHE is still there. The colors are pink and light green(DZ!!!!) I'll show you when I get a chance. BTW...did those costumes ever sell? I totally forgot about them!

we stayed home and played monopoly...and i made a homemade pizza...that is our tradition...he got home from work at eleven so it that is enough fun for me...lol
so you r in the 2ww...i hate that part...but it is fun to pretend i am pregnant during that time...one of these times i will be though...lol

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU!!! We'll just be staying in with the boys tonight. We have a s'mores maker and they are very excited to make those. (I am too!) They both make it to 12:00 last year and I bet they wil this year again! Talk to ya in 2008!

Yes, I will get them to you tomorrow....I'm just lazy, and I'll bring those numbers for you. I may drop them off at your house...I'll call you. Aunt Angela called last night and I told her...other than that, no one knows. I told everyone at school today and I feel so much better. I'm still praying though....I don't think I'll ever feel 'safe', but I do feel better.

Oh....Don't give up and lose hope. There are alot of couples who need that little help to become pregnant. Do whatever it takes to make it happen... Who knows, it may happen for quickly with an extra push. You and Ken really deserve the best! I'll give you all the support I can and I am always here for you if you want to talk about anything or just do some venting. Let me know how things go.

Hi stranger! How was your vacation? Hopefully you got to relax and had a great time! I spoke with your dad at the bazaar and he said you were coming home yesterday. When should you be testing? I also wanted to check with you....I have 2 costumes I'd like to sale, one of them I only wore once. Do you think you could take them to the studio to see if anyone would be interested? I just thought if I tried at the beginning of the year, I may have some luck. Talk to you soon and lots of BABYDUST to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
