Saturday, 3 May Grandma bought the swing and I think she got the cheapest one, and its really loud so I think thats why he doesn't like it plus we got it late. Is your swings motor loud too? jenn1022 -
Friday, 2 May Yeah those are cool, Matthew has a swing and we just got it about a week ago and he doesn't really like it. I am holding him all day, and when hes asleep so am I. I wish I would have gotten the swing earlier and then maybe he would be used to it . The motor in it is so loud I think it disturbs him! I can't wait for him to be able to go into this jungle activity bouncer I have for him! jenn1022 -
Friday, 2 May I don't really have any toys except for a little musical elephant but he gets tired of that pretty quickly now. They do love to look at other babies so the mirror would be a good one, anything that plays music is always good too. shashi -
Friday, 2 May Hi, you would not believe how much our babies look alike. Adorable. Best of luck. Sharon sickasadog -
Thursday, 1 May like your background. anyway, does leapfrog have anything out for the infants? i think that the toys at the store where they lay down for tummy time and have the different textures to feel and different colors may stimulate infants. jenn1022 -
Thursday, 1 May we do the o face and they love when you stick your tongue out at them do it a few times and they will copy :) thats all i know, sorry typing one handed :) momoffive -
Thursday, 1 May There isn't a lot to do with a one month old. We like to lay him down and then I'll sit on one side and one of the kids will sit on the other and we'll take turns calling him and talking to him and making him turn his head towards us. We also like to hold toys in front of his face and watch him follow it around with his eyes. I've noticed when somehting really bright is near him he will reach AT it. Not really for it. I think he's trying to gage how far away it is or something. He puts a lot of effort into waving his hand toward things. Let me know if you think of anything else, we would love some new games too :-) sickasadog -

Monday, 28 April hello, sorry so long in posting. i was at a volleyball tourney in cocoa beach and decided that i wanted to be out on the beach. :-) Wic is awesome. formula is ridiculously expensive. luckily, i had wic with the first although she did not ever take the formula so i gave the few cans i had to another person that could not afford it. I only had to do 2 months of formula to my son. Can you believe that our babies are almost a month old? momoffive -
Monday, 28 April Ya, we have had our fare share of medical bills go to collections. Fortunatly they aren't near as bad on your credit as late car payments or something like that. Most of our bills that go are for like $2.00 and little stupid amounts (not all though) because I set them aside and just think I'll pay them later because they are so small. Boy do they add up quick though, especially at collections with interest and fees added to them! They are just a part of life though. I used to stress about them...Not so much anymore though. Now we just do what we can and as long as were doing something they are pretty good about working with us. I had a collections guy call me for some huge hospital bills a few years ago. I had just had my son and they guy yelled at me and threatend me. I wa so mad I called him back and started ranting, told him how much we made, what we owed to who and asked him what he would recommend us disconecting to pay the stupid bill, everything we owed was neccessity. I was screaming at him on the phone then crying, by the end he was appologizing over and over telling me whatever I could do was fine :-) I payed on it for 3 years and kind of because friendly with him since he handled our account the whole time. I JUST paid it off a couple of months ago and he told me to call him after the last payment and he'd walk me thru the steps to remove it from our credit report. Don't stress about htat stuff. If you can give them $10 than that is what they will have to take, as long as you do something they have to work with you. It's not worth loseing sleep over, especially when it is so rare to get any these days anyway :-) sickasadog -
Saturday, 26 April if you are scared of dentist then i would not go there. ha ha ha... i am scared also. i had wic with my first child. absolutely loved the program. i am breastfeeding so mine gained 1 lb and 3 oz so far so both babies are growing normally and doing well. i am blessed cause he is a good feeder and I am producing good milk. some others are not the same. momoffive -
Saturday, 26 April My 6 week checkup is next week. I'll ask about it then. I'm going to ask if I can try celexa if it gets bad. So far I think I'm doing ok though. The zoloft made me feel so numb I didn't care. I went beyond Sad to just desprate. I would think, If I just swirved a little into that truck I wouldn't have this horrible feeling anymore and my family wouldn't have to see me so angry and grumpy anymore. I didn't even stop to think I'd leave my kids with no mommy. It was really scarey! My sister took celexa after her daughter and seemed to do really well on it so it may work better for me too.
I would for sure wait till your 6 week check to go back to the gym. I'm STILL bleeding a little so don't want to start any work out untill it stops.
I just got the bill for Sams birth. OUCH! fourtunatly we have had an ongoing acct with the hospital and have been making a monthly payments for years. So we won't really feel that even though it was quite large since he was early and had the billi blanket and stuff. I figure with 5 kids we will always have tons of medial bills. They go along with student loans and a mortgage payment :-) I wish I could find a way out of all of them, we'd be rich. NOTE: Older messages are compressed to speed up the website.
