Hello All, my name is Cyndi. I am 24yrs old and mother of a beautiful 2 1/2 year old little girl, Ava Virginia. December 15th, 2007 I married a wonderful man, Cal. Cal has a 1yr old son, Ayden, whom we're not allowed to see, bitter baby's mom situation but we're working thru it. My husband and I wanted to have our own baby so badly we finally found out we were pregnant the 1st week of April. I am about 8wks along and we couldn't be anymore excited!!! Our families are absolutely stoked and supportive. This will actually be my 4th pregnancy so I know exactly what to expect. I had a miscarriage at 16yrs, had my 1st daughter, Ariana at 18yrs. Ariana tragically passed away 2yrs later, July 13th, 2003 in a fatal car accident. Then, I had my 2nd daughter Ava August 15, 2005.
Cal and I are best friends and we are looking forward to having our 1st child together. My tentative due date so far is December 21st 2008 so YES, we may have a Xmas baby! He/She will truly be our little bundle of joy!!!

I think your dr might be able to request the state disability, but then I think it cuts back on the time when the baby is born. I used sick time personally, i dont think i had any other time accumulated.

well we really like Avery for a girl! And we are totally confused for middle names we are thinking of my mom (she passed) for a middle name and then he wants his mom as a duel name so her name would be avery joetta lucy carr. which is a bit much. we are totally confused?? lol I love your names carter is sweet and avery for a boy is awesome but i'm a little partial to that name!

Girl! you have it right, stay away from the negative. It sounds like you are truly blessed with family, you dont need the in-law- drama. If she doesnt want to be excited about this precious little man that's on the way, THATS HER LOSS..dont feel bad, and if I were you, I wouldnt try anymore. Sounds like they all have alot of growing up to do. My advice: Surround yourself with the positive people, they are the ones that matter. See your husbands when deemed necessary... and when you do have to see them, kill them with kindness despite their nastyness. Best of luck to you!!
