I'm ready! I was so active before this and now I feel like a beached whale that can't move. I have actually out grown my maternity clothes and had to buy more. It is awful. Oh well. My mommy is coming over this weekend. I haven't seen her since May/June I think. I don't remember. I hadn't popped out yet then and it was before we knew it was a boy. I'm lasting though. We are moving next month so I have lots to do to keep busy. The time will fly, at least that is what I keep telling myself

I just read your comment about the sharp pain. Ihad it about a week ago. It was on my right side just inside the hip bone area. It killed especially when I moved. I went the doctor the other day and she said it was fine. Just part of pregnancy. The pain lasted off and on for about four days and then it was gone. Try not to worry although I know it hurts. Sorry you are going through it!

Wow! I dont know what I would do if I found out that my boyfriend had another baby. The thing that I am going through is that my boyfriend seems to have trust issues about me from something that happened almost 3yrs ago and he wants a test. I told him ok..do what he has to do. We are still together but there has been many times when he just doesnt call me or he'll call and ask me if im ok and thats it. He has came around alot..maybe because i am getting bigger or he had a reality check..but it is hard for us black women and alot of people dont see it.

Girl, I can barely work and walk This is my 3rd pregnancy and the worst pain ever just from rolling over in bed. I have to take tylenol at least once a day. Are you having a nice pain free pregnancy? I am headed for Disney world next week and Itold my husband just get a wheelchair for me if I can't make it lol......feel good

How did your BD feel about you being pregnant? I have a daughter that is 14 months and her father and I broke up when I was pregnant. Actually when we broke up I didn't know that I was pregnant, but I just gave him his space and revelled in my own space, prayed and cared for myself and my other kids and eventually we both came around. Now is not the time to be upset about ANYTHING. Remember that you have a precious little girl inside of you that is counting on you to remain healthy and rested. Keep your head up. He will come around, but if he doesn't you know what you have to do, love that gift from God.

they are asses. we are built tough as black women so i know that they will test us every now and then. we have these big ass hearts we dont let anyone and everyone in, and that one guy we let in, he goes on a power trip cuz they feel they tamed us and that they doin us a favor. i told my boyfriends mom he is an asshole, and she agreed. they know they can be assmonkeys at times, and you need to ignore the hell outta them. i put up wit hi sbullshit because that was my first love. he has been my kryptonite for over 10 years. so im at fault, but just as much as he is my weakness (which is all they really are sometimes) i am his weakness. and i can dish some bullshit to him too. if u were in ny or nearby, id scoop you up and u hang out wit me and my friends one time and you;d be alright. i kid u not. dont take a vacation alone. get ya wildest girlfriends and bug the hell out.

most definitely, its so hard for us because we are young and brown skinned so it never seems to work out for us. im goin through some stuff wit my childs father, but thats because we've known each other since birth. hell piss me off. leave for a few days, and come right back cryin wit flowers and candy. brush it off. dont sweat it. it pisses him off that he didnt even get in ya skin like that. i will most def keep you in my prayers cuz i know what it feels like for real. stay determined. lol

That is the hardest thing! I am not just saying this to be nice either. but I feel you are very strong and you will do what is need to be done! I chased mine down and made him take responsability, I kept putting myself in his way. After I had the baby and he left I did the same thing I was up in his face (persay) with my little girl and let him no we aint going any where and he was gonna be a dad weather he liked it or not and it took alot of my precious time and energy but it has been 11yrs and he loves his kids he has our daughter and son every other weekend and some holiday and some none school days aswell and that was thanks to me not letting him give up! so some times our family is wrong ( mine told me to move on and give up on him) and it I listened my kids would have gone without a dad! until three years ago when I got with my new husband! Hey! I just wanted to send you a message and I am a black woman myself and it is hard for us..especially how these black men are. They get so scared so fast and they arent very open with their emotions and feelings. Me and boyfriend have broken up many times and he has moments where he does not call to check on me either. They will come around..it will hit him and he will realize what he is missing and he will come back..trust me. Write me and let me know whats going on..im here for ya even though you dont really know me. keep your head up! PS..the guys family will never understand but they will act like they care!
