Hi my name is Brittani, my husband Ben and I have been together for 8 years, married for two. We have a wonderful son, Damien, who is going to turn 5 in May. We have been trying to concieve since Damien was two. We have had two miscarriages, one in 2005 at 5 weeks and one in 2007 at 11 weeks. God has answered our prayers and we are pregnant again. We arent officially making the news public for another 3 weeks, after the ultrasound. After trying so hard it is very difficult not to tell everyone I see. Well wishes and Babydust to all!

HCG Results 3/3/08

I am very excited I got the results from my quantitative blood test results! My levels on Thursday was 365 and today it was 1921! That means my HCG levels are rising appropriately!!! It is so nice to have some reassuranse that this little one is sticking!!! I just want to praise God!!!! Without him none of these great things would be happening!

Time is ticking by! Only 15 more days until my Ultrasound! Last night Ben and I laid in bed with our hands on my belly just loving the little someone inside, letting them know we are patiently awaiting them! My emotions are on high. My tears fall like rain for no apparent reason! I really am enjoying all the not so nice pregnancy symptoms they keep me positive that good things are happening! I imagine what God's plan is for my children. Damien loves the Lord and I pray he will always have that passion, that he will always believe in his super powers. I have waited so long for this pregnancy I want to enjoy it, but yet I want to hurry it! God, is saying Brittani, when are you going to get patience from this whole thing?? Keep working on me Lord I think I am getting a handle on this!!! God Bless!

Today was our first ultrasound! Praise God we saw the heartbeat. Doc said he thinks he saw two but we will have another in 3 weeks to check how many. I am measuring a little smaller than 8 weeks and the fetuses ( as the doc said not me) are still two fuzzy to get a clear pic. We are so happy to know we have one baby, two would be nice but we will take whatever God gives! A very happy early Easter to all. How amazing that God sent his son to die and rise again, that we may have everlasting life. I am so thankful he has given me my son and this pregnancy and he asks nothing from me only that I believe. Had my second ultrasound today! We have one beautiful baby! Check out the pic. The baby measured 10 weeks about a week less than what we first thought. His/Her heart rate was 166. Our new due date is November 5, I will be having a c-section at the end of October! Now it's time to sit back relax, and enjoy this baby while I have him/her all to myself!!!!

Damien turned 5 on Sunday! Which was also my 5 th Mother's day! I have felt the baby move a few times! On the 6th I heard the heartbeat! My next ultrasound is July 3rd hopefully we will find out if this ones going to wear pink or blue!!! God Bless!

Damien graduated from PreK we are so proud of him! Tuesday night Ben felt the baby move for the first time. This baby is really active! I have c\been noticing daily movement for about 3 weeks. It is so exciting! Looking forward to the ultrasound July 3rd. I will be 22 weeks then. I can't wait to see the look on Damien's face when he sees his sibling for the first time!!! God Bless!

Well the ultrasound turned out wonderful! We will have our son Dominick, October 28th via c-section. On the ultrasound (July 3rd) everyone finally got to see how wildly active he is! Damien was so excited when we saw that this baby was a boy! We even saw him suck his little thumb! I am very excited about being the mom of two boys! Oh also the doctor told us on that day that he already weighs a pound and everything looks perfectly normal! Hoorray!
