Saturday, 19 April Hi! I went to the dr this past Wednesday for my 38 week appt. I gained 2 lbs, so now my grand total is 40 lbs. I am having a scheduled c-section on Thursday, April 24 @ 11:30 am, so I don't have much longer to go! I feel so huge, uncomfortable, and miserable. I absolutely have NO energy. I am so exhausted. I have been sleeping ALOT which means I have been accomplishing pretty much nothing these past few days. Well I have less than a week to go before I can finally meet my Sofia Isabella! I am slowly getting excited but I am so exhausted and overwhelmed that the excitement hasn't completely kicked in. I can't wait to meet her, see what she will look like and see just how big she is! How have you been? Keep in touch! I would love to hear from you :) Kristin kayleighrobo -

Wednesday, 16 April yeah if you ever need any boy advice...LOL. I have resigned to the fact that the only way i am gonna get a girl is if one of my boys have one...lol. I breastfeed to and i also keep bottles on hand b/c you never know if you will need them, not to mention there are times when you may just be too tired an it is nice to have them so someone else can feed the baby. let me know what the dr says at your appt. I found out that i have g.d. today...i am soooo not happy. Arismomma5 -

Tuesday, 15 April I am so happy to have helped you in any way I could. There is a lot of hope for girls out there like us. There is another girl I met on here. Her fluid was so low her doctor kept suggesting termination. She went on bedrest and delivered early. Her son was in the NICU for 3 months and he is now a healthy happy baby! She is so greatful to have her baby today. Sometimes I think when we have rough pregnancies that we tend to appreciate our child's health a little more. Take care and good luck, Jen ice-maiden -
Monday, 14 April Hi Chick,
I never wanted to study the art of embalming, I only agree with for special cases i.e if the body goes home overnight. Over here a lot of funeral homes swear by embalming but its mainly done for storage reasons, many busy funeral homes only have a 6 man fridge so if they have say 8 bodies life is made easier through embalming. A body will stay preserved without the use of fridge once embalmed!! Neither of my parents were embalmed because I don't agree with it, I have witnessed embalming and to be honest I felt some procedures didn't really need to be done. It was very uneasy to watch!! The part that I enjoy most about the job is accepting a body in your care that has been through the most awful death, and believe me it shows!! but once you take over the care of that body and they go to their final resting place looking more peaceful and content It is very rewarding. I don't have anything against people that elbalm life is about oppinions and choices, I just don't approve of it personally unless its really needed. I'm lucky I've only ever seen a couple of deceased babies, and thankful I have never had to deal with them I know that would really effect me. My upmost respect goes to your father for his great care in such a difficult line of work, not everyone can do it Chick. xxxxxx 1sttimebabymama696 -
Sunday, 13 April I am 32 weeks and I am ready for it to be over lol. I am sorry you never had a shower, I thought I was the only one.. I am seriously thinking about throwing one myself, have everyone bring a dish to pass and just have it at my apartment's clubhouse. I am just afraid people will think I am desperate or something when I just want to have one ya know? ROMMA -
