jenn8808 - Tuesday, 22 April
I have the book! Its really funny. My husband even read it and found it entertaining :)

jenn8808 - Tuesday, 22 April
The first season can be seen on inthemotherhood.com..... There are only 5 episodes in season1, the ones without jenny mccarthy (it was another brunette woman). They may be on youtube also. My fave was the "mommies panties/ temper tantrum" episode! Haha they are all funny though! I even got my mom hooked on it!

jenn8808 - Sunday, 20 April
I love "In the Motherhood"! Chelsea, Jenny & Leah crack me up... I wish there was a new episode every week!

DonnaMarie - Tuesday, 8 April
Think i saw one at baby depot, could have been a glider though, check out the web sites, so you dont waste your time driving around ;) best of luck

goonieMomma - Monday, 7 April
Well, only in that my husband always calls me a Goon or a Goonie... guess he married a weirdo! I did have an O-Chem teacher in highschool that looked a lot like Sloth... and when asked, unprovoked, what his favorite candy bar was, he replied... Baby Ruth! No lies! Great movie, though!

goonieMomma - Monday, 7 April
I saw a couple at Babies R Us. Not sure of $, but they have a wide range of crib prices, so I could only assume the same...

This baby is so much more laid back the Mena was. He will move around a lot one day and the next day I will only feel one kick or two. Where as Mena felt like she was trying to ripe out of my stomach every day. I have such a hard time sleeping at night because I am always so uncomfortable it doesn’t matter how I fall asleep . I will fall asleep on my left side and wake up on my back and hour later get up to go to the bathroom fall asleep again then wake up again on my stomach for some reason always toss and turn all night. but i make up for the sleep during the day when Mena takes her napes lol. I just no that in the end it will be all worth it and wouldn’t change any of it for the world.

Oh, i am so sorry to hear about your mother. Thats horrible. Thats really neat though how you are naming your baby after her :o) Good luck with all of the nursery decor hunting!

katykate - Wednesday, 2 April
No problem! Yeah, my mother in law ordered that crib for me the other day but now im left having to buy oak furniture which is expensive, well from what i have checked out. Im trying to now find deals for a dresser to match! haha.
Wow, we ARE due pretty much at the same time! What are you naming your little girl?

My brothers baby was missing his corpus collasum (sp?) along with some swelling on the right hemisphere, and she was underdeveloped on the right side. (which hey now think is normal, but it just looked smaller compared to the otherside) They saw the abnormality in utero, and she got her 2nd MRI yesterday....she was born in January, and she seems to be doing well at home. The doctors said that they aren't sure what caused it, it wasn't anything that Susan (mom) had done - just kind of a fluke. Susan now looks back at her pregnancy and wonders if food poisening in her first trimester had anything to do with it, but again, they don't think it could have been anything that she did...As a mother you allways want a reason, or wonder why.
Anyway, having that said, I was just a little freaked out when I got so sick. I talked to the Dr yesterday and he now thinks I have a bacterial infection, and has finally put me on antibiotics...Today is the first day that I have felt improvement...so fingers crossed, I think this will all be behind me soon.

Well, I have the flu, and I can't get rid of the sore throat/cough. It is like day eight and I can hardley speak my voice is so strained. I teach 3 & 4 year olds, so as you know, it is a hard profession to be in when you are having trouble speaking.
No, I probably waon't get my RN anymore. I began teaching and love it. Next year I am taking the year off to be with my first born....I just felt like it was important to meet the unexpected year ahead focused on just me and our new family. I would love to go back in the futeure, but I am just going to re-evaluate when the time comes.
I have been taking a steady dose of tylenal and robitusin since last monday....I ahve been trying to ween myself off of this, but my cough and sore throat are persistent....I hope I haven't harmed the babies developement.
My brothers baby was just born with some brain complications, so I am extra paranoid about all of this medicine I have been taking.
I think Price and I are going to wait on finding out (it's killing me though).
I can't wait to hear what you are having.
Lacey

Thank you so much for the shared advice. The Dr. just called and asked me to come in for a BCT? I don't know, some kind of blood test. I feel so much better (emotionally) now that I have sen him, been checked out, and heard the baby's heart beat. I just felt like I was self diagnosing and self medicating, which is kind of scary when you are pregnant. I get the results at 4pm...but he was pretty sure I have the flu thats going around...At least I am 17 weeks and able to take meds. I am a first time mom, so it is all a bit overwhelming. So you are a LPN? I took some pre - recs to go to nursing school right after I graduated college, was about to start nursing school, but got married 2 days before Katrina hit, which took my life in another direction.

lov*my*mena - Saturday, 23 Feb
They already prescribed something! Its helping a little but the minute the pill wears off I am at the toilet again. The best part of this is that I was instructed to eat ice cream or milk shake every day being I hate milk which I didn't object to at all lol. But I had a lot of issues when I was pregnant with my daughter and I think they are all going by that that's why they are worried and watching me closely. I think they are just tiring to prevent me from having another preemie which I don't blame then because I don't look forward to going to the hospitable for the first 3 weeks of the baby's life and having doctors or nurses telling me what I can and cant do with my baby or just not being able to hold him or her until they come off the ventilator. I would wish that on my worst enemies its the worst thing in the world especially when you have waited so long for that little bundle of joy and you cant even see or hold them until you and the baby is stabilized. sorry if i sound like i am venting : ( !!

lov*my*mena - Saturday, 23 Feb
I think I have lost about 15 lbs all together and gained nothing. I weighed about 130 before I got pregnant and don't forget I just had a baby 6 months before I got pregnant so I still had that pregnancy weight on me.We do have names picked out if its a boy its going to be Aydin and if its a girl its going to be Cherie after my late aunt that I was very close to. We live in the Tampa bay area and in the country because we have horses. Right now I think its cold but it suppose to get better (crossing my fingers). I have been to Dillard GA but that's about it lol. what names do you have picked out?

lov*my*mena - Friday, 22 Feb
have to go in every two weeks for testing and weight check because of my weight issue. I no how you feel about having stuff already. if its a girl we are all set but if its a boy we have absolutely nothing. but we don't care. at least we all ready have the bottles snippy cups and binkys that's saves us a little lol. good luck Friday!

lov*my*mena - Friday, 22 Feb
hey, we have got couple of small things that would go with either a boy or girl. i couldnt help it i had to they where just to cute lol. i get to fine out in three weeks what we are haveing and i cant wait.
