Have an ultrasound 2day @ 9:00 am & then doctor's appointment @ 10:30 am..Hoping 2 find out some good news 2day about my son!!

I video taped it. It's so surreal to watch it now!! I had to film it because my mom wanted to be in the delivery room. But she lives in California and because I delivered early she couldn't change her flights and accommodation in time for the new delivery date. She leaves in 10 days to get here... I know she can't wait to hold her. It's her first grand baby. You should video it... you never know if you might wish you had it some day. I think it will be neat to show Amelia some day how she came into the world. Of course, I told my husband well in advance that he needed to film from standing beside me... strictly no crotch shots. I absolutely didn't want to see any of that! hahaha! They asked me if I wanted to feel her head coming out, I was like "heck no!" :) One week since delivery and I feel great. My body feels really good and my belly has gone down a ton. I get an ache in my pelvis sometimes if I over do it with laundry and dishes and such. The midwife told me to take it easy because my ligaments are still really soft.

Going to the doctor's today at 3:10pm and i will write a blog and udate you ladies later once i get back home. 36 weeks tomorrow! Yay me!

Thank you so much! Life with her is simply amazing. She's changed a lot in appearance just in the few days she's been here. I'll try and post more pictures soon. The contractions get painful towards the end, but my suggestion it to wait out as long as possible on the epidural. Things go so much more smoothly when you wait. Then when it finally comes time to get the baby out and you have your epidural, you won't feel a thing. It's magic when they finally put your baby on your chest. Amelia looked right up into my eyes... it's love at first sight! Labor dust to you! Hopefully you don't have too much longer to go now. It's all so worth it though. Your almost there! xoxo
