aww thanks mate, ill try that cream.. if i cn find it, if not, im sure sudocrem will do the same thing. not sure if u have it over in usa but its jus 4 nappy rashes and stuff. i did fone my midwife n she sed its heat caused by baby dropping and extra blood flow and not enuff air etc. xx

Man you can get them at the grocery store here. They will steam them for you and everything. You are making me wanna stop on my way home and get some. And I have some garlic butter I can melt. Hmmmm that might be tomorrows dinner. Tonight my fried chicken craving is taking over.

Oh yeah it makes me want crab legs real bad. Then I get frustrated because I'd have to go the grocery store and leaving the house after I get home from work is not an option. LOL The only thing I can think of is the couch hugging me tight. One of these days I'll have to stop on my way home from work and grab some.

not to be the bearer of bad news, but it will likely get WROSE when the baby comes...but it WILL get better. my brother in law went through that. he was so stressed about "providing" and not being able to be selfish and always having to put the baby before his wife...but, he'll find his balance and everything will fall into place. All you can do is be there for him and reassure him that he's still yours...you know? hang in there! I'll be thinkin about you!

Hi there! I just thought I would fill you in on the measuring to see if your dilated. They use their fingers to check your cervix. 1cm = 1 finger, 2cm = 2 fingers, etc.... Your cervix looks like a donut and once you start to dilate the "hole" gets bigger. I hope this helps and good luck :)
