Hi, my name is Diana. I have 3 beautiful children and this one is a big surprise. This is the 3rd time I have made this page so hopefully this time it works. I love this website and I have made so many friends so far. Well, the baby is due on the 21st of April. I cant wait. I find out (hopefully) on the 7th of Dec. @9:00 am. My kids are 15, 13, 10 years old and I feel like I am to old to do this but everything seems ok so far. I will post again soon.

Glad to hear everything is well. Sounds like things have been crazy over there. So your son is driving......wow...I don't even want to think about the girls driving yet. My oldest isn't blonde but she sure does act like it so I hate to see when she's on the road!!! About Gavin's size....at 29 weeks he was 3lbs 12 oz ......i have a feeling he's going to be big like the girls were. I go for another ultrasound on March 13 so I can't wait to find out his weight then. After lunch hubby and I are going to start painting.....just touch up in some of the rooms for pics for the realtors website but you know you start one project and it always ends up having two more to add to it. :( Have a great day!

I don't know how big the baby is yet because my last ultrasound was at 24 weeks. So it will be cool to see how much the baby weighs. We want a king size bed soooooo bad. lol-I doubt its your bed, but more likely the weight on your front like mine. To turn over in bed feels like I am lifting a 50 lb bag every night and getting up to go pee is no picnic either-lol! The kids are doing well, I feel sorry for them because I am so moody. They never know what they are going to get...poor things, me on edge or maternal and sweet as pie! I did interview someone with 2 kids which would be great because I am really not earning enough right now......Wish me luck with her..

How are you doing??? I just found out starting March 12th I am going to have weekly ultrasounds, I guess they are called bio-physical profiles....

laceybaby - Tuesday, 26 Feb
Hey Diana.....just checking in....how's everything?

ChelsieC - Friday, 22 Feb
Hey I noticed what you said about the restless legs and I suffer from it horribly. So you just put the soap under your sheet...does it matter where? And can you put it in a baggie or something? Let me know, I am totally desperate!!! Thank You ;)

Awww...so sentimental! That poem has made me cry EVERYTIME i have read it for the past 9 years since I found it. Im glad there is this site so we can all be 'old friends' to eachother. I hadn't been on in awhile but I guess I needed some more mommy talk now that D DAY is nearing!

blueyedxdemon - Thursday, 21 Feb

So how was swimming today? Sorry to hear about your sisters....there's one in every crowd! Trust me! But don't that take away from your excitement....enjoy every second of this baby! Jealous people are just miserable and they want company so don't let them bother you. I've got that nesting feeling as well....today I did returns from the shower and bought the things I needed.....now I feel like I have everything.....now just finding a place for it is another story!:)

MoniL - Wednesday, 20 Feb
Glad I could help. I went today and purchased breast pads, milk storage/freezer bags and all the baby diaper bag needs- Now that I know its definitely a girl:) I can start washing everything and getting it all put up.

stacyandmichaelsbaby - Wednesday, 20 Feb
They are never allowed to be upstairs ever, unless you have like a staircase and door on the upper level (like a front door on the first level) and who has that?????????? Older houses maybe but an actual door upsairs going outside?

laceybaby - Tuesday, 19 Feb
Thanks for worrying about me. That was real sweet...it's amazing how none of us know each other but we all worry about each other. I think it's great. You should see all the goodies I got!!!! The only thing I need to buy is the porta crib. I have things I'm going to return or exchange. It's amazing how there's nothing else I need. We were truly blessed by friends and family that we have. So how are you feeling? What's the word on your BABY SHOWER?

stacyandmichaelsbaby - Tuesday, 19 Feb
I feel pretty good today. Losing patience with the kids though because of naptime issues. The kids always slept upstairs in a dark room until the license. Actually that just finalized today. They are mailing me the cert. Anyway, I had one who in the middle of nap after some were asleep got up and started tickling the kids.....AHHHHHHHHHHH....I just have no patience at this part of my pregnancy and nap time is my break so its like DONT MESS WITH PREGGO PSYCHO LADY at naptime....lol....Anyway, I am sure you know what I mean. Yes, definitely breastfeeding. I have to have c-sections because my first son was an emergency section, then the next 2 pregnancies were twins, so I have had too many c sections to try to do it on my own. I so KNOW what you mean. I am freaked out this time too. I think it is because we are older, like I fear dying in childbirth or something. Not obsessive fear but just in the back of my mind, like the what ifs??? It must be because we are older this time around.....I have one more ultrasound at around 36 weeks. I think because of the Gestational Diabetes........

MoniL - Tuesday, 19 Feb
Well there is some truth about if baby isnt latched on properly it can be painful, with my experiences if hurts (some)anyway, Im not gonna lie to ya;) Even when baby is latched on correctly after days of sucking on your nip well their gonna get a little sore, like when you were a loose shirt around and your cold, how your nips get rubbed and chaved raw-Very similar. But after the first wk or so it starts to heal, you may even crack and get scabby- sounds really gross I did that both times and it seems discusting to let baby put that gross nip in her mouth but its perfectly Ok! I went to a lactation specialitst with my 1st and she helped me alot. You may want to go ahead and have one lined up and keep the # handy.
BFing can be very emotional for some too, a freind of mine just cant do it, she doenst have a toleracne for pain AT ALL, she litterly swore she was gonna BF this time around but she had a bottle in his mouth before leaving the hopsital. Which you dont want to do because it will take about 3 days for the milk to come in and it will seem like baby will die of starvation and most BF babies lose a little weight the first wk. She ended up with engorgment because she didnt BF him enough and when her milk come in baby was too content w the easy bottle to suck on her breast. She ended up on an antibiotic and only formula feed. Which is fine I guess
there are alot of issues to get through in the beginning but I think you can do it with no problem! It is soooo much easlier for me because you dont have to ever worry about milk spoiling, cans of expensive formula etc. You can pump and freeze milk and put it in a bottle for the hubby and kids to feed. With my first baby I didnt know I could pump the milk, I wore myself OUT getting up several times a night BFing all alone, I was told NEVER let baby sleep with you, lay her like this, do that do this. Well I almost went nuts before my mother come over late one night because my hubby called saying ' Um could you please come over Monica and the baby are crying and I cant get them to stop' LOL My breast were achey and sore, when the baby cried I would just cringe dreading the thought of latch on.
Im sure Ill go through most of that again, but ya know I honestly cant wait ha! I have no kids in the house since they are at school and I'll devote myself to this little girl and I just cant wait to BF her.

MoniL - Tuesday, 19 Feb
Hey there, I think its a wonderful desicion you're considering BFing the baby.
My nips use to be ultrasensitive before I BFd my girls, they arent nearly as bad now. If it does become to painful for you you could start pumping your milk and bottle feed her. But I think your definitely strong enough to BF without any problems and it creates such a special bond.

is he trying to tel you something LOL

laceybaby - Monday, 18 Feb
hey there Diana....I'm alive! I'm just sooooo tired! We had the baby shower on Saturday, started at 11am and everyone finally left at 6pm! I was wiped being on my feet all day but it was a hell of a good time. Then Sunday morning, hubby and I went to Ft Myers for an over night trip to celebrate our anniversary...had a great time there too but now I just need a couple days of rest. SOOOOOOOO....you had quite the scare! I'm glad it passed....My next dr appointment is Wednesday and she should schedule my next ultrasound at this appointment so I can't wait. Probably two more weeks until I see my little man again and then I should have my induction date! YIPPEE! I can't wait.....I'm so over being tired all the time. How are you feeling?

stacyandmichaelsbaby - Sunday, 17 Feb
We have a food program too but I havent used it yet. Here you could have used that pool because it is filtered. How odd that your state doesnt lt them use them at all. We are banned from the kiddie pools because they are not filtered. Yal maybe if mine cooks long enough it will fall off lol!

Right now I have 4 preschoolers and one after school care. I CANNOT believe they went by the word of a child. What kind of pool was it? Wrestling is fairly popular here. Not as big as basketball or football but it is fairly popular. My dad wrestled in school so my boys think its cool because Grandpa does. You know what I think Kings Island is in Cincinnati, dont know what I was thinking.....I was sick early in my pregnancy too and totally thought this one was a girl....So how do you advertise for daycare? What worked best for you?

mitzumama - Friday, 15 Feb
Yeah, I have a monstrous vein 'you know where else'.
I am not pleased. But I just hope it goes away after delivery. I mean, it's not like anyone has to look at it or anything, but knowing its there is enough for me! lol
The theater class is great! The kids are great. They really love to act, but they also like to act out.... so its been a balance of loving the job and being far too tired for it.
