Hello All! My name is Diane also known as Di. I am married to a wonderful man named Shaun. We have been together for 3(almost 4) years and married for one and a half years. We have two biological children together. Our son's name is Corgan and he just turned 2 in February. Poet is our latest addition born August 2nd 2009. I have 3 other children from a previous relationship. Caprice(10 yrs), Chance(8.5 yrs), and Cannen(5.5 yrs). Their bio dad is pretty much extinct from their lives and Shaun is in the process of adopting them. I work as a nurse in a rehab facility when I am working. I am currently on maternity leave for a year. My hubby works for the local school board. We both love our careers and the changes that they will bring along with possibilities for future advancements. My BFF introduced me and subsequently got me hooked on this site. When did you find out you were pregnant?: November 15th, 2008

What was your first reaction?: I was sick, but I was so thrilled.
Who was with you when you found out?: My hubby and the kids were home with me.
Who was the first person you told?: My hubby and then the kids.
How did your parents react?: They were happy as they knew we were trying.
How far along are you?: 21 weeks(well tomorrow).
What was your first symptom?: Tired and cranky.
What is your due date?: July 28th, 2009
Do you know the sex of the baby?: Yes, I saw it for myself!
If so, what is it?: GIRL!!!!!
Have you picked out names?: Yes.
If so, what are they?: It's kind of a secret, but the middle names will be Allana Berry.
How much weight have you gained?: None. I lost 20 lbs in the first three months and at this point have not put a pound back on, but I had some extra weight anyhow.
Do you have stretch marks?: A couple from previous pregnancies.
Have you felt the baby move?: Oh yes!
Have you heard the heartbeat?: Yes with a doppler at the OB's, but not by myself with my stethoscope....I'm still trying though...lol!

Home or hospital birth?: Hospital is the plan.
Natural or medicated birth?: Natural is the plan as all my others were natural, but one never knows.
Who will be in the delivery room with you?: Shaun and maybe a girl friend.
Will you breastfeed?: Yes.
Do you think you'll need a c-section?: I doubt it....haven't needed one so far.
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time?: I always do. :o)
What's the first thing you might say to him/her?: OMG! I love you and am glad you are here.
Would you let someone videotape the birth?: Ummm.....that would be a big NO.
Are you excited about the birth, or scared?: Excited.

Hey ladies. I haven't really been on here a great deal since having my daughter Juliana 13 weeks ago. I do hope you are all well and I want to thank all of you who have been there listening to me whine during my pregnancy. It was a difficult time for me and I appreciated so much being able to come here and have people who understood in part what I was going through. okay i wants to thank yall ladies of the comments but im really tired of my job. so friday will be my last day. i am going 2 work back in the daycare center i was working at back in the 90"s. i seen my old boss curl and she told me she hiring for the infant room and thats what i love.being around the babies. but this the catch the pay is low. but o-well this is what im going 2 do intil i get my daycare license back.so i can have daycare in my home again. thanks ladies . yall are the best>>>>>.

hey ladies hope all is well on your end. well mind end im just want another job than driving school buses, im getting really tired of this job,the kids,my aid. so 2morrow im taking an day off and look 4 another job like a cashier or sales or house cleaning i think i need 2 just get away from driving school buses. WHAT DO YOU THINK? well i been an bus driver for 2yrs., an had my own daycare in my home for 3yrs b4 i got my CDL's and b4 that i was an cashier at walmart. so let me know but as of rite now i dn't want 2 drive the school bus. ITS GOOD MONEY my checks be over $580.00 a week. so do you think i should stay intil after xmas b-cus i finish my xmas shopping for my 10yrs.old i just have 2 get hubby & my family out the way. just please let me know ladies . thanks too all that comment.
