5-6-08

Well it is Tuesday so he has been in daycare for two days now. On Monday I left work early. When I whtn into his class room to pick him up, they were outside and he just loves it outside. He was smiling and just a cooing. He must have ejoyed he day. His care givers just love him. He is the smallest and the youngest so I know he is getting lots of attention. Shelby has been (what I call sleeping all night just wakes for his nunnie to be put back in his mouth) well Monday night he went down for bed at 9:15 and he was ready. He never woke up that night. I did and each time I woke up I woke up scared because he has not woken up yet. I would listen for his breaths in the monitor. I went right back to sleep. I had to wake him up at 6:00 this morning to get dressed for daycare. Today he had a great day he already has homework lol. I had to bring a white t-shirt to class. They would not tell me why so I can't wait to see the surprise. I will take a picture and post when I recieve it. But just wanted to let you know how his days have and mine have been for him since starting daycare. I think he likes it. His sister Sylvia has been at that daycare. She has been waiting for her brother to start with her. Her class is right across the hallway from him. She said she look into his window. Speaking of her she made me a card for mother's day when we got home I read it and it was not my card it was for another mom. They could not find hers I hope they do tomorrow. I can't wait to see it. Shelby gave me my mother's day gift early because I have been complaining because my other camera was broken so yep, they gave me a digital camera for mother'd day. I also ordered a ring my co-worker is selling jewlery and it came in with fedex today what a great day it was today. Hope every one enjoys their day on Sunday Happy Mother's day to all my friends.

Well Shelby cut his second tooth. He is just growing so fast. My sister has been watching him for me because I was just not ready to put my preemie baby in daycare yet. Well as of Monday he will be starting daycare with is big sister. I am really looking forward to it. I want have to go to two places and pick kids up. But then again I know he is getting bigger and that is what makes me sad. I can't wait till they get the internet thing up and running so I can sit at my desk at work and watch my children see what they are doing. I will let you know how I did on Monday.

He loves eating his teething cookies he would get so mad when he would drop it and not be able to get it.

Sunday April 27th 2007

We are back from our weekend trip and our first long trip out of town with the baby. I was not sure how the trip was going to go. But we got up Friday and we finished packing and we hit the road at around 12 ish. We arrived at 5:30. I was not sure how Shelby was going to be in the truck for that long but he did great he never said a peep till about 30 minutes before we arrived, then the screaming began. So we get there then about 45 minutes later my FIL pulles up and we go out to eat oh boy you would have thought I sat Shelby down on a bunch of pins. He sreamed the whole way to the resturant. So we get back to the house and I put the children to bed. Shelby whinned all night long. Then at 3:30 to 7:00 Saturday morning he screamed bloody murder the whole time. I just could not sooth him. So I fed him breakfast well I could not find his rubber coated baby spoon so I used a regular medal spool. After a few bites I heard this noise in his mouth. I said hummmm that sounds like a tooth so food and all in his mouth my finger goes I sreamed we have a tooth oh my goodness that is what you was fussing about. This morning it was not there the night before when I was brushing his gums. So that is why you had the ear infection and been fussy. So then we get ready and go to the family reunion. He does so so for the rest of the weekend.

LOL I am not quiet all together when it comes to packing up an extra person lol. I forgot to pack my 3 year old underwear. I had to keep washing them out by hand and hang drying them. We were so far in the country there was no store close that sold clothes lol. Only a small food store. But we made due with what I did. It ended up turning cooler I was not really prepaired for that I did pack my 3 year old warm clothes just no jacket for me. I think I will have to make me a list as to what I will need to pack the next time and check it off.

But we had a really great weekend. I can't wait to go n another trip.

I had to take Shelby to the doctor today he has been under the weather the past few days. Well he has an ear infection in both ears great. Other than that he is doing very well he is growing so fast he weighs 14 pounds and 11 ounces. He loves his veggies and fruits. We went and had pictures made today I can't wait till they come in. Both of my girls did great Sheby did pretty good to it is funny how at home he smiles away at you when you talk to him but while we were there he would not smile not once but he gave me some really good shots. I will be posting them soon. They should be in around the 29th. So be looking for them. Hope ever one and there little ones are doing great. They are growing so fast.

Boy the past few days after Shelby's shots he has not been right. He ran fever after this set of shots, and it was the same shots he got at 2 months he did not do this. He ran fever all day Thursday. Very fussy Thursday night. Then Friday he screamed all day long at the top of his lungs nothing you did would sooth him. Friday night very fussy all night long Woke up Saturday morning at 5 screaming again at the top of his lungs nothing I did helped him. I was about to go crazy. I rocked him for an hour with him screaming I am not talking a little cry it was so loud my ears where hurting I put him in his bed he cried there for an hour I had to put him in my daughters room in his bouncy so I could get just a littel rest I could still here him because of the monitor. Then his Daddy wakes uup because the room I pur him in was real close to the one he has been staying in yeah he is still not in the same room with me. He get the baby I only had about 15 minutes of rest since putting him in that room so he gets Shelby and brings him into the bedroom with me ugh I did not want him in here with me he says why not well up he has been screaming now for 5 hours straight if you think you can sooth him go for it I told him. So then he puts the baby back in his crib great right where I can still Hear him very loud. I just don't know what to do I am about to go crazy it feels like. I stopped taking my antidepresants because I felt better. But I guess I am going to have to start them again.

I am really tired of everybody at my house sorry but this is a vent here. I work 42.5 hours a week I am in traffic 13 hours aweek. My kids are in daycare 12 hours aday. I have a husband that works out of the house a 15 year old at the house everyday except when he is in school I am the one that cleans the house I am the one that does the dishes I am the one that cooks I am the one that bathes the 2 little ones I am the one that feeds the baby changes his diapers why can't anyone pitch in and help I have to get up every morning and step in shit that they left on the floor clean their dishes they ate out of clean their toilet that I don't use clean their piss off the floor because the 15 year old has not learned how to aim yet well I think it just must me a man thing. No ones seems to know how to empty the dish washer when it says on it clean dishes. Oh I droped some chips on the floor oh well someone else will clean my mess I am so fed up with this I am about to loose my mind. I scream and holler and still everyone looks at me like what the fuck is your problem I am really thinking of leaving with the two little ones. The only thing Shelby does for the baby is walk by and say hey boy. He has only changed 1 diaper yep that is right just one and has only fed him 2 bottles I could understand at first with the baby only being 4 pounds I was scared to hold him and do for him but guess what I has to get over that I had to do it he could not do it his self. the baby is not made of glass HELP me out!!!!!!!!!!!! that is all I want . He is going to get mad at me for not giving him any ha do for me and I will do for you. Just like my girls want a new toy but yet they want clean their room and toys up I told them why should I get things for you if you will not do what I ask of you they could not answer me. I really am at my whits end it seems like.

Today we had Shelby's 4 month well baby check along with shots. He is no longer behind with him being a preemie. He made 4 months on Sunday and he weighs 13 pounds 8 ounces and is 24 1/4 inches long. He is in the 25 percentile on his weight and length. She told me he head is a little small but if you see his daddy he looks just like him small. I am so proud of my baby boy. She was doing his exam and she saw he is doing everything he should be doing at 4 months old. She is very proud of him also. I also brought my 3 year old for a check up she is being refered to a ortopedic for her legs and she is flat footed and we have to go to a dermatoligist. She has a skin problem no big deal tho. Hope everyone's baby is doing great and the mommies and mommies tobe.

What a wonderful night after I bathed Shelby III I was rubbing him with his lotion and Shelby came and sat by us. After I rubbed him down and dressed him in his pajamas he was playing on his tummy and he rolled over how sweet Shelby and I both got to see him roll for the first time together. It was so magical.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I have my family coming over. So Shelby wanted to celebrate my birthday tonight. He and the kids gave me a beautiful necklace and lol a digital scale. At first the digital scale came out and I was kind of mad so then my 3 year old gives me the bag it came in I reached in to get the cards out and I see this color page out of the color book and my 3 year old loves to get things around the house and wrap it in paper like that so I grabed it and it was a box. I unwraped it and it was a beautiful diamond necklace it is so beautiful. So I was not mad over the scale lol. He also gave me an easter lilly plant can't wait to plant it in the flower bed. Have a happy easter.

Today we have to go and get Shelby his RSV shot. I get to see how much he weighs also. I am guessing 13 pounds 6 ounces. I will post the weight when I get home this afternoon. It is going to be a crazy day. My oldest daughter is being dropped off at my work at around 10 this morning, she will stay with me at work. Shelby will be dropped off to me at work around 1 then we have to leave and go to the hospital to get his RSV shot. I have to find time to go visit the Easter Bunny today or in the morning. With all my kiddos with me that will beinteresting maybe my sister will watch the girls and Shelby can come with me.

We are not going out of town this year for Easter I am so happy! For hte last 8 years we always go to Arkansas for Easter and Thankgiving. Grannie is going to be 97 this year so we go for her. But we are not going this year because they rather us go for the reunion. So that is what we are going to do. I rather be home with my family this year for Easter because my moms birthday is tomorrow and mine is Sunday so I am gald to be with my family with whom reconizes my birthday. And we will get to hide the eggs as where when we go up there we never get to hide the eggs we dye them but never get to hide them because we always have to leave and drive back home Sunday so we pack up and leave So happy we get to hide the eggs my oldest said mom will you hide some in the trees too. Ok I said.

Well I will post his weight when I get home this evening........

We had his RSV shot it was also his last one for this season we will not get another one till next flu and RSV season which is around Ocotber Novemeber. Well before the nurse weighed him I told her my guess which was 13 pounds 6 ounces well the nurse weighed him and she said good guess mom he is 13 pounds 8 ounces. I was really close. He makes 17 weeks on Good Friday and he will be 4 months on the 23rd. So next week on Wendesday we have his 4 month well baby check which yuck means shots. And will get to know his weight also. I give him cereal at 10 in the morning and 7:30 at night. He loves his dinners. I know when it is getting close to 7:30 also he starts yelling lol. Hope everyone has a great Holliday.

Today we had a WIC appointment and they weighed and measured him. He is 15 weeks 3 days and he weighs 13 pounds 2 ounces and is 22 inches long. He is growing so good. He is still a little behind but he will catch up they said. I am not too worried about his weight cause his daddy is skinny and he is a spitting image of his daddy.

Tomorrow will make 8 years for Shelby and I. Out of these 8 years we have 2 beautiful children together. Sylvia 3 years old and Shelby III 15 weeks old. He is really a great guy most of the time but the past well since the baby has been home has things been different for us. He does not spend time with me any more. He moved out of the bedroom we have only had adult time twice since the baby ahs been born. He really want tell me why. I really hope things change soon. We are suppose to go out of town for Easter I hope we get reconnected before then. My birthday is on Easter this year this is the first time ever have I had my birthday on Easter. I hope my birthday is good this year and he does not forget with us being out of town and only around his family that don't even know when my birthday is. But I will be with my 3 children and that will make me happy because I look forward to my hand made cards from my girls. And my hand picked flowers well weeds but they are still beautiful. They don't realize they are weeds. So when it is spring time my allergies are so bad I have to make sure I take my meds because of all the outside flowers (weeds) lol they bring me. I love it tho. I is so sweet to get a hand full of flowers and they tell you here mom I picked you some flowers I love you. Hope everyone has a great weekend! I will I will be having another crawfish boil oh how I love this time of year and the time is changing this weekend. More daylight when I get off work.

Shelby is getting spoiled to sleeping with me I must get him out of that. I do love him laying next to me in the bed but I don't like it when they are older and still sleeping with me. I have only let my girls sleep with me till they were 3 months then after that in your own bed. When he is in his bed he will not wake up but start grunting and I go and put the nunnie in his mouth. Once he gets big enough to grab the nunnie and put it in his own mouth it will be better.

This is my first full week back to work working 43 hours and boy yesterday I was missing my baby so much I could not wait to get to him and give him lots of kisses and hugs. So when we got home yesterday I sat down in the chair with him and started talking to him and kissing him and loving on him and he would not look at me he would turn his head the other way and so I would try to get in his face and he would look the other way and he would start to cry but yet his daddy who hardly spends time with him talked to him right after he did that to me cause Shelby saw Shelby doing that to me so he started talking to him and Shelby started cooeing and smiling and talking to his dad uhhh whats up with that. Hurt my feelings I do everything for him. I guess he is getting used to my sister watching him and is forgetting I am his mom or is he mad at me cause I am not with him all the time now if he keeps that up I will guit my job and stay home with him or get a part time job. It hurt my feelings so bad yesterday I wanted to cry. I know he does not know he is hurting my feelings but gosh lol.

I am so in love with my baby. He is so sweet. Last night we had some really bad weather and I knew I had my king size bed all to myself so I decided I would put Shelby in the bed with me and let him sleep with me all night long instead of him waking at 3 am me putting him in hte bed wtih me. So I just cuddled with him all night long. This morning he woke up about 15 minutes before my alarm just a cooing and smiling at me. It was a perfect way to wake up this morning I hope to have a wonderful day. It would have to be better than yesterday evening when I got home from work.

I leave my house at 6:30 in the morning and I return home at 6:15pm. I don't have much time to do anything when I get home. With house work a baby a toddler a husband and stepson. My husband works out of the house. My stepson gets home at 2:30pm from school. Last night I wanted to play a little with Shelby. So I asked my husband to have his son put the dishes away and put the dishes in the sink in the dishwasher. No one does anything around the house but me. Well he did not ask him to do them why can't a 15 year old have some chores to do? Well so I ended up having to do the dishes along with folding laundry and cooking supper. So I had no time to spend with my baby last night. And this is pretty much every evening. If I go on strike and not do the house work or anything. It will just pile up till I get sick of it then it is harder to do. How do I get him to understand I need help. He does not spend time with the baby at all. I cried and cried last night while doing dinner. I was boiling some water for mac and cheese and frying some pork chops and all I wanted to do is stick my head in the pot. My baby was crying I could not hold him and play with him I had to just listen to him cry till I was finished with dinner then I had to sit down and feed him I never did get to eat last night. If I have to do everything on my own with my partner why am I with him? He moved out of the bed room about a week after the baby came home. So we would not disturb him I guess. And remember he works out of the house so he sleeps till when ever. I really wanted my children to grow up with both their parents but I just don't want to live like this. I don't think my depression meds or working or I am just over whelmed. I just don't know. Any advice??????

He did it again he slept through the night. Maybe it is for good that he sleeps through the night. He is really starting to show his personality. And I think he is getting spoiled at me putting him in the bed with me at 3am.

Shelby slept through the night last night it was great he slept for 13 hours I feel great today. Hope this continues. And is not just a one time thing. But this past week he has been getting up at his normal 3 am. But has not wanted a bottle just his nunnie and I pick him up and put him in the bed with me and he will sleep till we get up for daycare and work. Yesterday he turned 3 months old we celebrated a few peoples birthday yesterday with a shrimp and crawfish boil oh it was so yummy. He was very fussy before we had to leave he made me so nervous I started crying I just can't stand it when he crys and nothing you do is good enough for him. By time we got to the crawfish boil he was calm and a sleep and I was still shaking so bad. But then I was able to pass him to someone so I can go and take me a break. Which is always great when you can do that. Yesterday I found out that I am getting a Cadilac Escalade I can't wait till I go and pick it up this week. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Today Shelby had to have his RSV shot and they had to weigh him he will be 13 weeks tomorow and he weighs 12 pounds 13 ounces. He is growing so good. He always gets fussy after the shot so he has been working me out. He did not like the shot very well welll who would but it made him so mad. I was telling his Daddy how he did and it was like he knew I was telling his dad all about it and he would wimmper and fuss and let a scream out while I was talking to his Daddy it was so funny.

I had to go to the doctor because it is now 3 months and I am still having problems with my c-section area. He put me on meds and cut an area on my scar and I have to go back to him in 2 weeks.

Well I have worked the last 3 days I have enjoyed the peace and quiet at work. My 3 year old is in daycare and my baby is staying with my sister during the day. I am glad to be back at work.

I am getting crazy staying at home all the time I am going to go back to work this month instead of March. I will start work on the 13th. I will work just a few days a week in February and then every day in March. They have agreed to let me leave early once day a week so I can spend more time with my children. I am also getting a raise when I go back I am so happy.

Today he gets his 2 month shots a total of 4 shots. 2 in one leg and 1 in the other and the last is now an oral one he took that good it must have been yummy. He did not do to bad he cried a little but she had them done before he really knew what had happened.

He had his RSV shot today. He became very moody and cry alot after this one gee I hope it is better next time.

Today Shelby makes 2 months old my goodness how time goes so quick. He has his 2 month check up and shots today but I am not going to get his shots today he seems to be under the weather and he has to have his RSV shot tomorrow so I don't want him getting the 3 shots in the leg today and then get a shot again tomorrow. Just not fair so I will do his 2 month shots next week.

Today I have my 6 week check up and pre-op visit. I am getting my tubes tied well I think I am anyway. Well I get to the doctor and I am talking to him and guess what I cancled my tubal. I am not getting my tubes tied I do think I want one more child and he said that what happened with this pregnancy could or could not happen again. So in about 2 years I would like to have one more baby.

Today is my due date and my baby is 6 weeks and 3 days old. His is just the sweetest thing. I went and had his pictures made today in his original coming home outfit.

Happy New Year! We don't have much plans I will hope to be sleeping at midnight so not much is going to go on around here. My hunny and I arn't getting along to well. My depression is getting worse. I guess I am going to call the doctor. I just cry for no reason. He tells me I need to stop that he does not know what to do well if I could just stop beleive me I would. (butthole)

Christmas Day Merry Christmas to everyone! So glad we do not have to do any traveling this year. Everyone knew with me jsut having the baby and him being a premmie they knew I was not getting out and about. The only time I take him out is when he has a doctors appointment. My family came over to my house and we cooked and had a great time. The kids loved it.

Christmas Eve we have our one month check up today. Well he has gained some weight he is now at 6 pounds 13 ounces how sweet. And 19 inches long. My baby is doing so good.

Today my baby is one month old. He is doing great I am still having problems with my c-section area but I guess all to be expected. The bruises are just now going away. Tomorrow we have Shelby's one month check up. Check his weight and heigth. Can't wait I can tell he has gained I am the only one that holds him and he is getting pretty heavy not too heavy but I can tell he has gained we will see tomorrow.

I had to call the doctor because teh last few days he has been spitting up a lot it was a little more than just spit up. So with him being so little they wanted to see him and check his weight. All is good with his weight he weighs 4 pounds 7 ounces my goodness he is grwoning quick. They put him on some reflux meds hope it works.

He had his weight check today he gained a few grams. Still weighs 4 pounds 5 ounces. But it is good that he gained some grams.
