Hi, I hope it is ok for me join this forum? I'm an expectant father. My partner Sarah is expecting our first baby after 6 years of trying. I've browsed this site ever since we found out we were expecting, and have found alot of the information very useful indeed, I especially like the 'week-by-week' section.

If any lady on this forum feels at all uncomfortable with me being here, then let me know and I'll close my profile.

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

Hi to all of my girls..... I am soooo sorry about not updating you all..... I had like a million messages so I thought I would send one to you all that Mazie~Lynn was born on July 29th at 4:21pm and I have been wrapped by her little pinky ever since LOL.... I posted a couple of pics of her I will be putting more soon.... I miss you all so much and your support.... I cant even eat,sleep, pee.... LOL I am sure you all know.... Its awesome to see an expectant father on here my husband just lives through my page an will read tons of books and even tell me things I did not know. Now he has seen there are other fathers on here he maybe adding himself to the forum to see how other dads to be are preparing for their little ones.

Ha ha, that's funny. I think Sarah is lucky to have a guy that chooses to be so involved in the pregnancy! My dear husband sorta hangs on the sidelines, and doesn't really "do" babies either, until they can walk and talk. He's ever so good with the older kids, and very supportive of me, but the one time he was left alone with a toddler to care for (because I was in hospital having another baby) he brought the kid all the way into the city when to "visit" me every time he needed a diaper change!

Hi Earl, I'd just like to say I think it's lovely to see an expectant father on the site, and I hope you stay and see your pregnancy through, with the support of everyone here. Sometimes I think the expectant Dad's don't get enough credit, really. Us ladies go through a lot of physical discomfort, but you fellas get the emotional trauma of our moodiness, and while we feel our babies growing - there's a certain intimacy in that - you get to watch the pregnancy from the outside. Do you ever feel a little left out?

i had m.s for 4 1/2 months it sucked.
lol i never new i was pregannt.. untill one day i went to the drs.. with gasyy belly:P n hes like we gotta do prego test im LIKE WTFFFF no way lol... its going to be negg so w.e;
guess i was wrong.
i was sad at first beacuse of my bf.. more then anything but im more tehn exstadic bout this pregnancy she is my mericle baby!! we were haven twins tthen one passed at a very sm,all age:( 7 weeks. it was so depressing. i didnt cry but i held it in hopen for her two be still alive.. still to this day !! when labour comes im payen for two.. but if not im okay with it. i know shes in a better place with her other brother or sister,,

Oh she must have been thrilled its so magical, my pregnancy is going well thanks I has an ultrasound 2 days ago and everything looked perfect, will u be finding out what ur having? We will on 4th august which is exciting though im not going to ask untill I know bubby is healthy that's my main concern
