I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child about 1 week before my Hen Night, which was fun. I am hoping to have a better pregnancy this time round then i did with my first as I was in about out of hospital so much i feared they would charge me rent!!!! So heres hoping for a great pregnancy fingers x crossed x
Well I am almost half way now. I am 19 weeks and all I can say is, it has definately been a difference experience! My 1st 13 weeks i thought my insides were going to come out, head explode and sleep forever!
At about 4 weeks i was admitted to hospital with suspected ectopic pregnancy, they could not see much on the scan so i had to have an internal, although they could not see any baby they could see the pregnancy was in the right place which was reassuring.
I got married when i was 8 weeks and on honeymoon i was so ill, one day i literally slept all day. I had the worst headeaches ever and felt like i had not slept for years that magic 12 weeks couldn't come too soon. By the time i got to 13 weeks i felt so much better.

Found out at 21 weeks that my precious little bundle of joy is another boy, wow im going to be out numbered.

Week 24, yey I am at week 24! This pregnancy is going a million times better than 1st one. I can't wait to meet my 2nd precious little boy i am so excited i can hardly contain myself

Hi. I never heard of a water infection? Do you mean your amniotic fluid? Sorry...lol The doc told me that he would watch me really close next time. However, I beleive Im going to get a diff doc next time, this one delivered all my moms babies and Lilly too, so he is getting on up in age, I think Ill get someone different, there is a Perinatologist that I want to see next time, he specializes in High Risk Pregnancies in addition to an OB/GYN doc. I really dont think he actually knew WHAT caused it and he didnt act like he had the time nor wanted to really "find out" either. So... I need someone who DOES care and Who WILL find out. Tell your SIL just to be careful with those UTI`s because they can lead to preterm labor. Keep me posted!

Hi...I just read your comment about having a kidney infection. My lower back has been killing me lately and I am afraid it is a kidney infection. What made your doctor check your kidneys?

That is exactly how I felt the first time I went into preterm labor at 25wks, you shouldnt be feeling any pain like that. Id go get it checked out. I had my Postpartum exam today and my OB Gyn says that since I delivered so early he thinks it is a genetic problem and all future pregnancies are at risk. That was not what I wanted to hear, I guess Ill have to go see a genetecist to get to the root of the problem. Please let me know how it turns out.

Thanks for the comment on my poll... I feel so small most of the time... I'm still in that, "is she pregnant, or did she just gain weight" stage... hehe... I wish I had belly pictures with my son though, I was really little with him too... thats why I got so lucky and didn't get any strech marks hehe :) Congrats on having a boy!! Boys are soooo much fun!!!

I've had the same pains you've been decribing, got so worried I even spoke to my midwife about it, they said unless there is any cramping or bleeding then its prob just stretching pains making room for the baby and your internal organs to move up into the space. Mine is mainly on the right but have had some leftside pain. Hope this helps
